I had an iced coffee and it was great, but this is definitely a one stop shop. They have all kinds of options, bagels, bakery items, pizza, smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, breakfast sandwiches, burgers and even seafood! Super casual spot and more grab and go and not really a place to sit and eat. Good place to go if everyone is craving something different and pretty affordable overall.

This place has everything is what came to mind as we walked in. We were looking for a new bagel spot and directions took us here.
Atmosphere is clean. Spacious. Quiet (no music playing), but the humm of the soda regrigerator in the back and the yogurt machines that just kicked on. A calm vibe which fits well for the busy street just off the main one.
Service came with a smile, shocking since we are at the end of the season and it seems service workers are also at their wits end.
So we got our order to go. Egg, swiss cheese, butter ketchup mayo. Bacon Egg Cheese Salt Pepper Ketchup on a everything bagel. Fresh squeeze.OJ and a Lrg latte 2%.
The verdict.
Latte was fantastic. From the first sip i knew this was somthing special. Excellent.
The BEC was super delicious.
I like they way they make the egg. Soft fried maybe? Not scrambled as typically done.
Came out to 31 bucks. On the pricey side but at market compared to other bagel shops reviewed.

I liked this spot a lot. It was like a small food hall. I would try all the food options they have but we wanted bagels for breakfast. The OJ was awesome. Wish I can have a gallon of it. And the egg and cheese sandwich was perfect. The service lady who took our order was very kind and probably the best customer service that I appreciated throughout our whole Montauk trip. Thank you for a memorable customer service experience!

Terrible experience I ordered a BLT and the bacon was older than my grandmother’s terrible it looked cooked the oil was old the sandwich is huge so it is cut in half they didn’t even cut it the bread came so destroyed I didn’t even know if it was a salad or a sandwich I buy frequently at this place and every day it disappoints me more and more I am a frequent customer and almost every day I spend $25 more I will not return to this place again I really don’t think they care you practically have to go into the kitchen explain to them how they should make your food because they never make it the right way I am very kind to give the instructions of how I want my food and they always pass my instructions somewhere else but they never put them on my food

We stopped in this morning for bagels and were very impressed!! The bagels were excellent. We were greeted by the kindest employee and given complimentary treats during our time eating, also amazing quality. I’ll be recommending this spot to anyone in East Hampton for breakfast, lunch, and dessert!

I ordered a matcha latte and it was by far the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had—watery and very minimal matcha included. Please never order. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel (eggs, bacon and cheddar on a bagel) which was pretty good except for the spotty $2.25 avocado that I added and had to remove before consuming. I also asked for the bagel to be toasted with butter and they charged $1.25 for butter. ON TOP of a sandwich that was now over $10 bringing the total to $11.25+. Excuse me?? Please do better. The employees were nice but this does not excuse poor food and drink execution.

So many options. Affordable, freshly made juices that you can customize. Delicious cakes and pastries. The villa sandwiches and wraps are great (expensive but delicious). The chopped freshly made salads are another one of my favorites!

$12.97 for an egg sandwich and a coffee? The eggs are pre made then warmed up. Should have known something was off when my friend asked for egg whites and was told they don’t serve that and to top it off during payment the register asked for a tip. I was expecting better because of all the 5 star reviews
