This store seems to always have issues.. the staff though it was ok to give me a pizza with the entire center missing the toppings. And no it was not stuck to the box or anything. They just thought that this ok to serve a customer and the give me a hard time when I brought it back like what is this? As a former restaurant manager, the amount of times I’ve seen unclean practices such as employees taking out trash in gloves and aprons without changing gloves .. employees touching faces and food with ungloved hands. They need some serious fixing. Good luck getting the owner call you for anything.

We came recently for a hot and ready which they did not have. So we ordered and waited about 19 minutes while they made it. No biggie.
However I was taking photos while we waited and was threatened by the staff for taking the photos.
There were things said I can’t repeat here but needless to say we will all never be coming back here again.

I wanted a pizza for Christmas eve but forgot everything closes early! It was too late to order one but they had ready to go’s. Little Cesar’s saved the day and it was good!

I had little ceasers recently and my bread sticks were kinda doughy… and don’t even get me started on the pizza, there was no crust, it had barely any pepperoni on it, and it looked like it had been sitting for a while. Staff is unruly, management doesn’t seem to know what they are doing.

We get pizza once a week, not usually from Little Caesars but lately we have been enjoying the Calzone style. Last week they messed up one of the two pizzas by not putting any butter Parmesan on it. Seems small but honestly made a huge difference. So this week we decided to try it again and let them know. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation because it seemed like the two young men couldn’t hear me. When the manager got on the phone his response was “ok” followed by a “being as it was last week he would not be able to provide any credit.” Did not say “oh I’m sorry about that” or anything of the sort. I was so annoyed and finally let him know that. He finally just said well I can credit one of your pizzas, I was whatever. My husband showed up to pick them up and the girl said “he said he’d give a credit on one not a whole pizza”. So unprofessional, I really miss good customer service.

This location is normally pretty good. However in the recent past there’s been three different incidents of my order being wrong, or dropped on the floor! Today I went into the store and ordered a deep dish at the counter somehow I ended up with a regular pizza that no one could find. The only adult in the building came to the register with the worst attitude in the world. He may as well have stayed in the back because he only made things worse. He did not care to help or to remedy the situation he just had an attitude as if I’d done something wrong. My family spends money at this location every Friday for over the last probably 3 years. But we will no longer. Since the quality of the staff is so low there is no reason for me to keep giving these people my money. Something has to be done if this location is to continue to be successful. They need to pay attention, and focus.

Just tried to place an order at 9:13 pm, store closes at 10 pm. We were told they’d turned off the ovens and couldn’t make anything else for the night. This seems to be a common occurrence based on the reviews. Make the drive to the Lake Orion store, always polite and happy to sell pizza.
