Weary travelers beware! This establishment over charges your credit or debit card. Had a run in with the management, each time they promised to reimburse my account after 7 to 10 business days. Never did reimburse my money. Better off to call your card company directly for satisfaction. They take advantage of trusting people that don’t check their card statements. Unfortunately, they put a stain on the casino, making it a place to avoid.

I stopped by for a glass or two of wine on both evenings of my stay, and the service was quick and pleasant. On previous visits to MGM Springfield, TAP Sports Bar has never let me down with great service and delicious tavern-style food like salads, wraps, burgers, fries, and cocktails. They have plenty of seating available at all times, no need for reservations, and there’s a gaming area in the back featuring a 10-lane bowling alley. You can also charge to your room, which is an added incentive if you’re looking to earn points for Marriott Bonvoy.

Paired with golden-dusted fries, it was a fun and flashy indulgence. Ever wonder what a gold-wrapped burger tastes like? It’s just as delicious as any high-quality burger, with a dash of ketchup and mustard for that timeless taste.
Alongside, I enjoyed an expertly crafted Old Fashioned, with quality cherries and just the right balance of flavors. For dessert, I tackled a towering, oversized sundae loaded with whipped cream, colorful sprinkles, and topped with a bright cherry—perfect for sharing!

The service here is great along with their food. Their burgers are OK a little bit flavorless but I would suggest anything else. A little bit pricey, but you would expect that in a casino. It is much better than the food court.

I don’t drink but went there to meet friends for NYE. The good and drinks were good and we had some issues with the service so management took care of us right away and made things right. I reccomend the broccoli appetizer. It was delicious. I would suggest they use real shredded cheese on their chips.

This place is the worst place to go at the whole New England. Let me tell you, because I’m the type that believes in second and third chances. The first time it was a decent experience it was for lunch and food was ok. The second time it was for my Son’s birthday, we were a group of 10 and the were a bunch of silly issues. They didn’t wanted us to eat the cake that we brought (which we did beacuse we wanted make sure there wasn’t crossed contamination because one of our nieces hace food allergies) They didn’t wanted to seatbus together and the server told us ahead wouldn’t eat there. Plus no kids menu at all.
Today we went again and we’re able and eager to wait the 30 minutes. Then they changed hostesses and they celebrated the blonde girl that took charge arrival. This employee started dismissing people by saying that there was a 50 minutes wait when the restaurant wasn’t that crowded. They say they close at 12 am and by 8:30pm they start this practice. It didn’t set well with me because I’m seeing that this is common practice. And im going to stop it here because you don’t worth my energy and im tired. Just don’t come here people. Is just bad food and bad ser

We came to TAP for our salon holiday party, we enjoyed the atmosphere and food, but we did have an issue with our check which our server was not able to correct, but the manager Ryan was able to fix the issue for us quickly. He was super polite and professional and turned a frustrating experience around. Thank you Ryan!

This was our first time here. We did not think the casino was anything special however we loved the TAP sports bar. Our server was attentive. The food was delicious and priced reasonably. We all got different dishes and no one was disappointed. The bar was fully stocked. The atmosphere was laid back comfortable. Several large televisions scattered. We would not take the one hour trip for the casino but we might for the TAP sports bar.
