Today was my first visit I was looking for a place to get protein smoothies and drinks and ran across Fresh Monkee on accident. This is my new go to spot. Its brand new. I was greeted with excitement when I walk in the door. The owner walked me thru the menu which was super helpful and he made sure that my drink was exactly how I liked it. I ordered the Blueberry pie smoothie and OMG. So delicious. I will be a regular customer and I highly recommend. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They have green drinks and coffee and other healthy snacks. They are personable and friendly and its owned by husband and wife! Please check them out they are much better than alot of the other healthy smoothie places.

Fresh Monkee is an amazing addition to our town! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by several friendly, welcoming faces that made the experience even better. The shop itself is super clean and well-organized, with so many great choices to choose from.
I ordered the Sunrise smoothie and wow — it was sooooo good! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. I also love how many healthy options they offer, with add-ins and choices for just about everyone.
This smoothie shop is truly what this town has been missing, and I will definitely be back again (probably very soon ). Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for something fresh, healthy, and delicious!

I’ll begin with “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”
Seriously it was my especially GOOD!
So I tired Fresh Monkee yesterday (2/4/26) for the 1st time.
I’ll have to admit my wait was long, BUT keep in mind school was out, people had been inside for days & it’s a new Shake place with a great reputation. It was well with the wait.
What I noticed? Each time a customer entered they said “welcome in” and thanked everyone for their patience. They also handed out 10% off cards.
The taste? It did not disappoint & I didn’t even get the sweet options like chocolate, cinnamon toast, s’mores… which to me says a lot. Oh, but I will later.
The texture: Extremely smooth. You know how you want a healthy shake, but it has a texture of an icee? Not here!
Day 2 just as great.
I guess that’s enough for now.
I am “The Reviewer” and I leave type of detailed reviews I want to read.

I love this place!!! The shakes are amazing and the customer service is top notch. I’ve tried the Crave, Sugar Cookie (seasonal), Blueberry Pie, and one peanut butter and chocolate that I can’t remember the name of. Everything was excellent and I’m so happy we have this option for a healthy treat in Kernersville!

This place IS AMAZING. The costner service was incredible and the people working were so helpful. They also allow you to try your drink and if it ain’t exactly what you want they will fix it for you. Now mindddd you I got the sunrise smoothie and i had nooo complaints it is such a good amount of sweet but not to to sweet. If you like smoothie, coffee etc. you have got to try this place. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Fresh new smoothie spot in town. Met the manager who is a really nice guy and he made personalised recommendations based on my taste preferences and made it seamless for me to make changes if I didnt like the taste of it but it was delicious! Good customer service and I will be back!

I tried a smoothie today and it was delicious! I got the blueberry pie and added some protein, pb fit and chia seeds on the app, it was very easy to order and was ready when I arrived. The customer service was excellent and so was my smoothie. I love all of the healthy options and customizations that are available and the prices are reasonable. I will be back!

Today was my first time visiting this establishment. It started as a smoothie pick up for my sister who recently got wisdom teeth surgery but the menu had so many options I ended up getting one myself. The whole family enjoyed their smoothies, even the dogs! The owner and staff took their time explaining the ingredients and answering my questions. I got one of the massive protein smoothies, the consistency is different than your average smoothies which I enjoyed. The inside of the establishment was very cutesy. Definitely would come back to try their protein coffee drink, and spend some time studying here.
