Thai Esarn is our new go-to spot for Thai food absolutely incredible! Every dish we’ve tried has been full of bold, authentic flavors. The staff is welcoming and you can tell they take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. We’ve found ourselves coming back again and again, this place is truly a hidden gem. If you love Thai food (or even if you’re new to it), Thai Esarn is a must try!

This was our 2nd trip and it will NOT be our last. The food is amazing, the best Thai in Omaha. The spring rolls are off the chart, probably the freshest I’ve had. We had the bankok chicken!, definitely a must try!! .The main reason. For this review is the server we had was so kind and caring! She was on top of all our needs, and what she did for us was so heartfelt I hope she reads this and know how much we appreciate her kindness today Thank you for the excellent service, hospitality. And remarkable food.

This was my first time trying Thai Esarn – it was very good. I ordered delivery – food was packed nicely and still warm on arrival. I had the pineapple fried rice (which is my go to Thai dish at each Thai restaurant I visit). I got a spice level 2 – I like a mild to medium spice, I should have at least ordered spice level 3. The 2 had barely any spice/kick to it. This was not my favorite pineapple fried rice, although it was very delicious and I will order again. It had a bit more of a sweet taste to it – I prefer a saltier soy sauce when used with fried rice dishes. I also got the fried dumplings that were great! I do prefer a gyoza or dumpling sauce as opposed to the sweet & sour or sweet chili sauce that they come with. I love Thai food, so this place had a lot to live up to, but overall I feel it was good food and will try again.

My husband and I LOVE this place!! It’s always amazing, the chicken is always perfect, the spice is always good. I recently went from level 4 to level 5. The yellow curry is the best!! Sometimes it has water chestnuts other times it’s steamed potatoes, both are amazing additions to the dish! It’s on the sweet side which is my favorite part. Sweet AND spicy?? It can’t get better than that!! I’ve dined in before and it’s very clean and the service is very sweet like the food! We do take out more often though because We are homebodies.

Nice local Thai restaurant. Nice focus on hot and fresh Thai cuisine. The two apps were delicious! Pineapple fried rice also came with shrimp and chicken!

The food is absolutely unbelievably good! I had the hot and sour soup and Drunin noodles. Everything was made fresh, with large slices of peppers, onion and real mushrooms (not from a can). The hot and sour soup was the best I’ve ever tasted. This restaurant is one of my favorites.

Yummy, delicious, and reasonably priced! The waiter was polite, friendly, and quick. The sweet rice with ice cream was the strangest dessert, but I’m so enamored by it. Sweet, crunchy, cold, creamy and warm…Overall top notch place! Definitely worth a visit!

I have eaten here several times over the last year and each time is just as good as the last. Great portion size for the money. Tasty entrees and especially delicious coconut soup! Always clean tables and friendly attentive staff. I never feel rushed while dining here no matter how busy they are. The Thai tea is a super tasty too! They have some holiday dining opportunities during the year as well that include dancers and music! Will def return!

Good location… Small and quiet.

Good menu… Easy to read and good options.

I got the yellow chicken curry, spicy level 7 and it wasn’t too hot or not hot enough.

It appears I found a new restaurant…

And very cool fortune cookies!
