Walked up on a rainy day while my truck was in for an oil change looking for a walk up window which they didn’t have. No big deal as l talked to the guy taking orders outside. He told me that I would have to go the back of the car line and wait. I explained that I was there prior to the next car in line and he still wouldn’t help me next even though I was actually next. Maybe they don’t like walk ups but damn this place and I’ll wait till my oil change is done and go to the Dutch bros a 1/2 mile up the street. Never again at this location as the guy taking orders had an attitude that should be dealt with by management!

I’ve visited Dutch Bros in 5 states over the past 12 years and I’ve never had a negative experience…until visiting the Brookings Oregon location. 53 degrees on an over cast day, I ordered a large mocha and 2 kids hot chocolate, I place my drink in the cup holder and drive away. I take one sip and it’s lukewarm, the most disappointing feeling when looking forward to that hot drink.

I actually have only been to dutch bros coffee once. I know they have much more than just coffee. They are usually very busy and they get cars in and out in a timely manner! They just have a drive thru going both ways. So dining inside doesn’t exist from what I’ve experienced. But I have seen buildings bigger in some places.
