The best dim sum in the Bay Area. There is a wait but so worth it. You put your name on the wait-list when you arrive. We had a party of 7 and got seated within 40 minutes on a Sunday 12pm. You can wait in the Ramada lobby which was nice than outside.

Update: Takeaway portions were not as large as eat-in. Also, my beef fat noodles was pretty much all noodle and missing beef, sprouts, scallions, etc. that would have given some flavor. Wonder if it was because they tried to shorten my wait, which was super kind of them… but would have preferred to wait for full portions.

Clean environment, easy to find parking, waiters/waitresses are always nearby, the foods we ordered come quickly and taste fresh. It’s a standard dim sum restaurant in the South Bay.

The food here is really disappointing, even though we’ve given it second and third chance. We ordered 8 dishes and the last dish came out 1 hour after the first one. The waiter was nice enough to try to make it up by offering us a free dessert but another waiter gave the dessert to the next table – oh well! The only reason that we would come is the spacious outdoor seatings with the hotel swimming pool as backdrop instead of a parking lot like in many other restaurants.

Avoid if you can. There are more affordable dim sum restaurants with way better food and service. They are the only Chinese restaurant that I know of that charges 18% gratuity on tables of 8 or more. The service is horrendous, which is pretty typical of a restaurant like this, but they overcharged us on dishes we didn’t receive. Their food stamping system doesn’t work because each of their servers does it a different way. We ended up missing 3 dishes and being charged for them. They wouldn’t remove the items off the bill. Hope they enjoyed our extra money because we will never return or recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is decent, which prevents this from being a 1-star review. Dine here only if you want to be treated poorly and enjoy overpriced, average tasting food.

The food is indeed great. Not the best but great dim sum. I also enjoy the dinning env a lot. Overall, a pleasant dinning experience.

It was ok, not great not bad. It was oily, no craft when stir frying anything. But some of the dumplings were good. Their pork bun was better than most places. Tasted fresh. Peking duck was also really good. The Kung Pao chicken was gross. The Singapore style noodle was tasteless. Sadly it is just an ok place. Good for groups though!
