When I come in the morning anywhere from 6 am to ~645 am it is basically a gamble whether or not they will have anyone at the speaker/be available to take my order.
Sucks too cause I love their breakfast versus BK or McDonald’s.
Last two times this has happened they just lose my business to the BK close by.
What the hell is going on in the mornings that you can’t take orders when you open half the time?

Found plastic silverware in my burgers a few times, every time I get a burger it looks and feels like it was just dunked in a vat of grease unlike other locations which provide just normally greasy burgers. The nightshift manager is super sweet and she is always a joy to see working there. If you’re ordering at night I wouldn’t go in person because the last few times I’ve been there the front end order taker acts like she doesn’t even know what a Wendy’s is, by far the hardest person I’ve ever had to get my order taken. She will not clarify anything you say and if she misses it than whatever you messed up ordering and she will give you attitude for it. Happened a few times and each time a few of the other members of night crew will come out and apologize for her embarrassing behavior. Very sweet people with a few embarrassing apples that just don’t provide a good quality of food.

They are so kind here. Every time I come through, whether it’s the drive through or inside, they are extremely kind and nice. Very great costumer service and very great people working there overall. And obviously the food is great too.

There’s a certain kind of radiant madness in this world that can’t be bought, bottled, or trained into a person — and somehow, it’s alive and thriving in the drive-thru at this Wendy’s.
You roll up expecting the usual corporate fast-food fatigue: the soulless headset crackle, the muttered “what’ll you have,” the air of existential dread hovering over a tray of lukewarm fries. But no. Out of the speaker comes this voice — warm, buoyant, sincerely glad you exist. Like a sunrise breaking through the monotony of modern America.
This young man, whoever he is, has cracked the code to human decency. He’s cheery without being fake, efficient without being mechanical, and so genuinely kind that it borders on spiritual intervention. I’ve had more transcendent emotional experiences in this drive-thru than in most church services.
Dr. Laura would tell you this kind of joy comes from self-respect and good parenting. Hunter S. Thompson would say it’s a miracle of the human condition — a flash of light in the dull machinery of the republic. Either way, I left with a Frosty and a renewed belief in mankind.
Give this man a raise. Or at least a parade.

Ordered a PLAIN double pretzel baconator. Got it through drive through, check it and it wasn’t plain. Went back through and got it fixed, after getting an attitude from the guy taking the orders… Drove all the way home. Took my first bite and BOTH burger patties were RAW!!! Every time I go there they mess my food up or give me raw meat! I’m done giving them my business!

We pulled up to the drive thru, and there was a sign on the speaker that was misleading, we asked if we should order here or at the window and the exact response we got was “order there” so we pulled up to the window, and the young girl working the window got shitty and had an attitude telling us to go back and order that the speaker, but she was so snotty and shut the window hard rolling her eyes, so we just left because we weren’t going to deal with her attitude when we were just confused.
