Delicious wood fired pizza with a casual atmosphere. There are traditional as well as unique options for toppings. The pistachio and onion pizza was delicious!
The service was also excellent- friendly and efficient! As well as pizza, Lyla’s serves some excellent (and huge) salads, a selection of local beers & cider.

Best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever eaten. It gets 5 stars for that alone, however the rest of the pizza wasn’t the best I’ve had. It wasn’t cooked long enough – some of the cheese wasn’t melted. The toppings were a little scant for the amount of crust there was. The sauce, for being chopped tomatoes, had a unique taste, but not bad per se, just different. The pepperoni was good. It was pricy – a 10″ pizza ran over $20, not something I’ll do every time I’m in town, but it was good enough I’ll dine there again.

Wonderful local gem, Some of the best wood fired pizza I’ve had in a while, with some unique toppings choices that ultimately work together beautifully. I had and loved both a daily special with sausage, pesto, hot peppers, onions and chevre cheese. And also the pistachio, onion, gorgonzola, Parmesan and rosemary pizza which was excellent!

This place rules!! My wife and I are vegan and she is also gluten free, so our pizzas around town tend to be a little sad. GF crust usually makes hard, overly crispy, skinny, and small pizzas. The crust here is the BEST GF crust we’ve ever tasted. It’s big, it’s fluffy and perfectly crispy, it’s delicious, AND it is vegan!! That can be another issue we face. We’ve gotten their pizza with out cheese and it is still SO good. We are hoping for some sort of vegan cheese one day, but the cheese-less is treating us well. Their specials are fun, their drink selections are perfect, and their salads are delicious!! It is so great to order a salad that is actually worthwhile. They’re huge, they come with great and fresh toppings, and are perfectly dressed. This place clearly takes pride in using the best ingredients they can, coming up with fun and unique pizzas, offering a cozy and cool place (check out their walls!), and making their food GREAT. I could go on, but I couldn’t recommend this place more and I can’t even try half of their stuff lol.

I seriously think I am an addict to Lylas pizza and salads! When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and the environment is clean and spacious. The ingredients taste so fresh which is one of my favorite parts of the food here. Whether I am dining in or taking out, this has become my go to for days where I need a bite to eat!

This wood fired pizza is a solid 8/10 when it stands up against any pizza anywhere. For a pizza joint in Washburn WI…we are privileged to have such awesome pizza in northern WI. I had to get the margarita pizza to truly taste the authenticity, and it didn’t disappoint. The hot honey peperoni was as described but underwhelming for some reason. My wife had gluten-free pistachio and arugula pizzas, and they were certainly unique but not “pizza” in my book. The gluten-free crust, however…it is a show stopper if you are gluten conscious. However, for those of you with celiac disease… I wouldn’t recommend it. We will sadly not be back because my wife does have celiacs disease and has fallen I’ll 3/3 times. There is some serious cross-contamination happening. This place is worth the stop if you happen to be in town during their short business hours!

Ordered our pizza at 6:20pm. Were told to go for a walk and enjoy ourselves and be back for our pizzas at 7:10pm. When we got back for our pizzas, we waited until after 8pm! No apology, no here is some dessert for your trouble–nothing. Pizza is good but nothing is THAT good. when service leaves much to be desired. Don’t offer takeout if you prioritize dine in to such an extent that takeout customers wait 2 hours. Would have come back for more and spent more money if treated more graciously–and if INSANELY long wait was acknowledged.

For $15, $4.50 for gluten-free pizza crust, and $3 for chicken, my pizza was expensive. There was maybe seven pieces of chicken cubed, and perhaps two teaspoons of ground pistachios on a thick crust which was tasty. The food value and nutrition I have to rate very low and I won’t go back. I am a gourmet chef so I was expecting something much different for the cost.

Amazing as always. Best pizza in the greater Midwest for sure! Stop and eat. You won’t be disappointed. Spicy honey is the bomb.

Tried three pizzas. Each was very different and all very delicious. We also had two salads that were very fresh and equally fantastic. Highly recommend trying this place out.
