Xicha Brewing [chee-chah] [broo-ing] is the first Latine brewery in the PNW. We offer an inclusive, family-friendly, cultural environment by creating community around Latin American culture, food, house-brewed cervezas and hand-crafted cocktails. Our goal is to honor our Latin American traditions while constantly seeking out opportunities where those traditions creatively collide with new ideas.

Really liked this spot. Lots of good looking beer options, and the food menu was great. I ended up with their Hazy, after tasting a few other options, and it was really enjoyable. The food was even better though, I got the Cubano, it was super good. We also got the Churros, would definitely get those again, and we got the potatoes bravas, which the kid really enjoyed.
The space itself was really nice, lots of natural light and seating.

Xicha Brewing is good spot in Salem for sure.
We ordered the barbacoa bowl, quesadilla, and nachos, and everything came out good. The barbacoa was good and well-seasoned, the quesadilla was simple but done right, and the nachos weren’t overloaded or soggy just balanced and clean. I’d definitely order it again.
We also tried three different beers a lighter, crisp option, a hop-forward one, and something more rounded/malty all of them solid. No weird aftertastes. Just well made beer that actually pairs with the food.
The atmosphere is a big plus.
The space has good energy, a lot of strong artwork and murals, and feels cultural instead of a corporate knock off like something that isn’t authentic. It’s comfortable, social, and doesn’t feel forced or fake.
The wait on the food wasn’t too long. We got good food in about 5-10 minutes.
Good food, good beer, good space.

We were in Salem for a show at the Elsinore Theater and stopped by Xicha Brewing beforehand for dinner. We were absolutely blown away by the food, so much so that we’d be willing to make the drive from West Linn just to eat here! We had the croquetas, tacos, taquitos and bean dip with salsas. They were all so yummy! We will definitely be back.

This is a fun place, with great food and drink. The margarita flight was a new experience – tough to choose a favorite flavor – and the Patria Hazy IPA was just right. The highlight, though, was the pork belly taco, which was phenomenal!

Such a great place to grab amazing tacos or a bowl and a margaritas! Love that they are open late Fri/Sat and were safe for my son with a nut/fish allergy. I had the bowl with chicken and it was so good and really filling. Great and helpful staff and a relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

I usually don’t like ordering at the counter, but they were wonderful. Our order was taken quickly, and she answered our questions. Once we gave her our order, she made our drinks and handed them to us. Everything was clean and easy to access. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Our food was brought to the table quickly. Plates were picked up once we were done. It was a nice lunch, and I will definitely go back to sample other dishes.

Extremely loud atmosphere but I believe it is intentional with the industrial warehouse feel. Staffed with too few on our visit on a Wednesday. Food was ok. Chips and salsa were more like pita chips and salsa was like 2 sauces in little 1 oz to-go containers but the refried black beans were tasty. Tacos were good but basic flavor. Nice choice of a spring mix salad for a side. Many drink choices and flavor profiles. May return on a different day to try some other food items.

Xicha is open for brunch on NFL Sundays! Open at 9 am and brunch all day. Chilaquiles are *chef kiss*. All TV screens on with different games perfect for fantasy football watching!

We had a great time and enjoyed delicious beers and very delicious margaritas. The pork belly nachos were on point. What impressed me the most was the young man wearing a hat, blue hoodie and light beige jacket ante on February 22nd at around 3pm. The guy was running the show while also helping a new employee learn the ropes. I commend his professionalism and commitment to his duties. Anyways, he was great, food and beer is great, easy 5 stars
