Always have the best time here! Everyone who works here is so sweet and makes me feel so welcomed every time. The place is always super clean and the vibe is just so chill. I had to share a picture of my drink because the drawing on it was so cool it seriously made my day!

I went to this store as a loyal starbucks customer and was very disappointed in the service i received, the barista behind the counter Ariel (from her name tag) was fat shaming customers. We had ordered lattes and scones and during the order, i very clearlt heard her say that these woman should have ordered skinny lattes they dont need more weight in them. I was in shock and am very disappointed someone feels they can speak to people like that. First bad experience at a starbucks i have ever had. Do not recommend going there if you are larger then a size 8

Yesterday I was going to drive thru and my driver said “we have a mobile order” after the employee spoke. Then another employee jumps in and said “one moment.” First employee comes back to say how can I help you? Here I realized that we were not heard the first time so I raised my voice a bit (from the passenger seat, which is further away) to get the employee to hear that I have an order, with my name. Coming to the window, I was told “dont scream at us next time, it hurts our ears” with mean mug and very very degrading eye-contact/facial expressions. I said oh…so sorry. I left surprised because not once was I ever told that I was too loud and I’ve been coming here for 3 years. In my defense, there shouldn’t be multiple employees speaking, and not hearing my order the first time SHOULD be addressed once an employee is back on the mic. “Sorry, can you say the name/order again?” Would have been better for my understanding.

This is my usual Starbucks location, specifically for their amazing customer service however that has changed as of today. I went through the drive through line ordering a medicine ball drink, well aware that that’s not a specific item on the menu but it is a WELL known tea drink. The baristas kept repeating to me “a medicine ball? Huh? What’s that? We don’t have those here. What’s in it? How do you make it?” They were SO extraordinarily rude to me that I left the drive through line and called back and spoke with their shift lead Emily who was very very kind and told me that her baristas were all well seasoned on shift and they should’ve known how that drink is made. She was very polite and told me to come back through and order again, so I did and the same barista took my order and again rude and told me it was a miscommunication to which I said no it wasn’t you were just rude. Emily, thank you for helping us, your service was much appreciated but the baristas here need some serious help with customer service.

We love Starbucks and the options they have to offer. You can customize any dink on their menu or create something unique. The staff is always upbeat and outgoing. There may be longer than usual wait times during peak times, but service is typically prompt. Online ordering is convenient.

Main Big Starbucks in Grand Forks. The place is huge, comfy plush seats, nice staff who are patient and friendly, the drive through can get very busy, nice bathrooms (womens have 2 stalls), ample charging stations with USB and 110v, lots of tables, areas to sit to lounge and talk w coffee and snacks with friends and family. Just an overall nice place to drink and hang out or read a book. Thank you Starbucks on Columbia Road. And right across the street from Perkins diner and Altru Hospital.

Routinely forgets to add sweetener packets to mobile pickup orders. Use 32nd if you like to customize your drinks.
