Since the Bubbakoo’s Burritos opened its doors in Point Pleasant, New Jersey back in 2008 it was apparent that this was a great place to relax and have an awesome meal. More than ten years later, Bubbakoo’s has expanded to multiple locations along the Jersey Shore and has served thousands of it’s legendary burritos to it’s very loyal customers. As opportunities arise, they’ll open new restaurants in neighborhoods where they can build bridges with local residents. Bubbakoo’s Burritos proudly has evolved into a community where people work, eat, and gather as a family.

What makes me mad, is I ordered a burrito. Chicken, Rice, onions, black beans and cilantro. Why is it stuffed so full I can’t eat it without taking it back to work, and getting a bowl. If I wanted a burrito bowl, I would have ordered one. This fell apart bursting out of the burrito shell as soon as I tried to open it. I could not even begin to take a bite. It’s a gorgeous day outside and I wanted to eat at the picnic table.
Also, wipe down your nasty drink fridge. It looks like a million nasty hands have opened that door and it has never been wiped off.
Quality of food is decent, but this experience totally is off-putting.

A bit pricey from the start, portion sizes could definitely be better! But it was very tasty. If you’re dining in definitely worth it, carryout questionable because they upcharge for carryout. 100% not worth it for DoorDash and Uber like $40 for a burrito that way

Great flavor, huge portions! You choose your fillings and wait for your order. Great food. Taste was spot on. 3-4hot sauces on most every table. Def enough for two, or a second meal. Hubby had 3 Gen Seo Chicken tacos and I had the quesorrito with chicken. Both with drinks and tip….around $40.

Think of a more mellow tasting Chipotle with more variety. I thoroughly enjoyed this little hole in the wall. Food portions are plenty for the price and the service was excellent. So far it’s the best kept secret for made to order Mexican food!

I honestly can not say enough about this place. The staff is pretty much amazing. Not only are they super nice and friendly. They are also really patient with indecisive people like myself. Their food is fresh, delicious and unlike any other tex mex place that’s similar. You also get a lot of food with your order. Definitely recommend this place.
Side note: Everyone of the employees wears mask and cleans the tables after each customer for our safety.

The Taco bowls are awesome my favorite is the crunchy shell! I get mine with the crispy chicken, white rice, black beans, queso, lettuce, shredded cheese, pico, corn & sour cream! There’s a lot going into these bowls I can barely finish them most of the time.

Decided to try Bubbakoos for lunch today. I had heard good things, and the menu looked awesome. It certainly did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My order was ready within minutes. The food was prepared to order and was very good. I had their boneless wings and curly fries, they were shockingly some of the best I’d had in a while. I’ll definitely be back.

In the past I have had a great experience at this restaurant. Since new owners it has declined and tonight really made my mind up. My daughter and I went in around 815pm. The man that took our order already had gloves on and was moving food around. We ordered our food and while we were waiting I used the restroom. It was like walking into a gas station bathroom. The toilet seat had pee all over it. Pee on the floor. My shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked. When I came back out telling my daughter about the bathroom she thought maybe the guy was working by himself and didn’t have time to clean yet. Wrong. Here comes another employee from the back, cell phone in his hand and wearing a pair of sandles with no socks and posted up on the prep table. Noticing that I look at the man that is making our food and here he is with a pair of crocs and no socks. At this point we are ready to check out and I asked for a small side of queso. This little cup of queso was $5. I love Bubbakoos food but not comfortable going back to a dirty, price gouging place.

Quality food with a ton of different meat options, more than any other Mexican place I have been too. This makes it easy to create a lot of different flavor combinations. Steak and shrimp are cooked fresh to order (I got steak). The only thing I didn’t like was that they were out of stock on the fried Oreos.
