Have been to this Starbucks many times and have not had any problems. Drinks and food items come out well and taste good. Staff is always nice. They are also pretty quick despite being busy.

**UPDATE**
I am upgrading this location to 5 stars. They have consistently made good drinks and food is nice and toasty. Service is always excellent. Atmosphere is relaxed and good. Extra kudos for a job well done!

There’s zero consistency, Superior lack of care when it comes to me as the customer complaining about the coffee. I get looked at like I’m crazy. I haven’t been to this location in a month and I went today worst iced caramel macchiato ever. Probably top five worst Starbucks iced caramel macchiato‘s. I didn’t want to complain in the drive-through and hold everyone up behind me so I drove home and I dumped it down the sink and I just threw away $7.50. In the past, when I have complained that they make a big deal out of it the manager comes out, gets very upset with you and I will never go back to that location and I have finally left a review.

I don’t usually come to this location. Today I came in, visibly alone, ordered four sandwiches and a drink to go for my family. Normally I don’t tip at sbux because of tipping fatigue, however, I did today. The unpleasant girl in glasses and headset plopped my order on the the to go counter, no bag, four loose sandwiches, and called my name. I walked up and asked if I could have a bag, she took out a bag and handed to me and stood there and watched me put them in the bag. What am I tipping for? First, you don’t have the basic thought process to go “Hmmmm… maybe a large to go order, I should put it in a bag”, I know they know because there were several mobile orders waiting, all in bags, then secondly, when asked for a bag, maybe think of putting the things in the bag and handing the bag to the customer instead of “here’s a bag”. This absolute lesson in dismal customer service reminded me why I DON’T tip at sbux. What a shame.

That said, my orders from the Oregon City Starbucks on McLoughlin are regularly incorrect and today was still incorrect. I had to wait forever and then to have the order screwed up it’s infuriating.
I’ll switch coffee shops over this because it seems to be a neverending saga that NEVER seems to improve.
It is very disappointing and NOT what I expect from Starbucks.

This is a super-convenient Starbucks location for the traveler or commuter – it’s just off I-205 on the 99E (McLoughlin Blvd.) exit. There is plenty of parking in front and there is also a drive-through on the back side. As far as seating goes, there are five or six small tables and one very long (communal) table with about ten chairs.

Perfectly fine Starbucks. I’ve stopped here for water on many occasions and they also take my order pretty quick, even if they’re busy. The interior is nice, clean and the people seem nice and friendly. I’m not sure too much on the product but I imagine it can’t be worse than any other decent Starbucks. The waters pretty good and cold though, so it’s perfect for a quick stop on a hot day
