Our favorite steakhouse!

Delicious food, a great wine selection, and a full bar. The service is always professional and welcoming. We usually order a bunch of appetizers and entrées to share.

Our favorites are the cowboy steak, lobster pasta, fresh bread with dipping ricotta and olive oil, calamari, and the Brussels sprouts with honey reduction. Everything is consistently amazing!

The only complaint I have is that I wish they were open on Sundays and Mondays too. And don’t forget to get a cappuccino after your meal! ☕✨

Buratta, fig and prosciutto was delish (Buratta could of had a sprinkle of salt to make it perfect). We all had ribeye steaks which were cooked to perfection and the added compound butter choices were amazing. The potato wedges could have been cut in half to be perfect but they were “ok”. Whipped sweet potato was light & well seasoned along with the asparagus. Broccoli Rab was good I liked the fresh lemon on it (but needed a touch of seasonings).
Our waitress was energetic, friendly , VERY attentive and handled us with care. Wine selections were good but our red wine was very cold so it took a while to open. I can’t wait to go back for the Lamb maybe leave room for desert 😉

We had our first visit to Franko’s tonight and already can’t wait to visit again! From the moment you step inside, you feel like you’ve been transported somewhere else entirely—far beyond small-town dining. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, yet still manages to feel upscale and refined, making it perfect for a special night out.

The food is truly to die for. Every dish is rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Honestly, it rivals—and even surpasses—some of the Italian restaurants I’ve experienced up north. From the perfectly prepared steaks to the authentic Italian flavors, everything feels thoughtfully crafted and indulgent.

Franko’s is the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit. A must-try if you’re anywhere near Franklinton

First time at Franko’s and will not be my last! Our bartender Rob (former New Yorker) was personable, charming and makes the best Sazerac! The sausage stuffed Hungarian hot peppers were the perfect starter, the filet mignon and roasted garlic potato puree were delicious and the tiramisu was absolutely delectable! Our group sat at the bar and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

My husband and I went for the first time last night and it was fabulous! We ordered the chicken parmigiana and 50 layer lasagna and both were very delicious. What made the experience even better was our waitress Danielle! She was amazing and attentive! Thank you frankos for the great dining experience! We will be back!

Absolutely Divine …….
LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN!!!!!!
Absolutely Divine. Everything was absolutely spectacular, from the ambience to the food to the service.
You could cut the steak with a butter knife, and I prefer my steaks well done,
and the fact that the quality wasn’t sacrificed for the temperature, oh my God, absolutely delicious! The ambiance & decor created a whole conversation piece; the old bricks, little downtown area, and the art that was displayed around the restaurant were absolutely beautiful!

First time visitors and highly recommend!

My parents have been raving about Franko’s for years and I was excited to get to go.

My mom got the 50 layer lasagna and it lived up to the hype. Tasted fresh and flavorful; plenty of sauce and very moist.

I got the 10 ounce filet and the macaroni and cheese. Best macaroni and cheese I’ve ever had in my life! Very creamy and delicious. The filet was very good. I had asked for medium and it was cooked medium well. I’m not one to complain and enjoyed it.

The focaccia bread is absolutely worth it! Fresh, light/airy and yummy!

Nicole B. was our waitress and she was very sweet, accommodating, friendly, helpful and attentive. Our water glasses were always full and when I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea, heavy on the vodka, she brought me a separate glass with a shot of vodka so I could add it in.

The restaurant ambiance was pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. I encourage you to make reservations and give it a try. You won’t regret it.

This place is 5 star! The food is to die for! I had a filet mignon that melted in my mouth like butter! The steakhouse Mac and cheese was perfectly cooked and the 50-layer lasagna…. . Jeff and Rob were taking care of our table and were absolutely fantastic with making suggestions. 10/10 experience! Such a great hidden gem in Franklinton but worth the drive.

We loved Franko’s Italian Steakhouse! I would have given it better ratings, really 3.5, but overall their food is very good. Here’s the pros and cons: pros are that the food is exceptionally good given its location. The steak was delicious and perfectly done. Love the ambiance, too. Here are some areas of improvement: have a carafe of water at the table so water glasses don’t go empty, which we experienced. Second, let other wait staff engage if they find another wait staff failing to clear tables of finished dishes or to serve salads before main course, etc. This restaurant is great and hope they continue to improve the dining experience! Ps. It’s really casual dining, so jeans are welcome! It’s not business casual.
