I had a really good experience at Carl’s Jr. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The burger was juicy, the fries were crispy, and everything came out fast. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was right. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, which made the visit even better. You can tell they care about quality and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very unhappy people in this restaurant, I get it they are at a dead end job.
I walked in , stood at counter looking at menu the lady did not acknowledge me at all. I had to tell I’m ready to order as she was just looking at me.
I ordered the meal drink, fries and burger. She brought just a burger over I said fry is coming . Rudely she say you only ordered burger I was like ok why did you give me drink then. She just looked at me blankly. I’m like ok well let’s get me a fry. $. 9.99 for a burger only, and $3.79 for fry.
Burger was cold fries were hot.
Everyone working there is frowning and not happy, nobody in back is talking at all. Something is wrong here!

Absolutely horrible hamburgers. No flavor built poorly but the soggy looking bun looked like they moped the floor with it. Not worth 15 dollars a meal

I’m a fan of Carls Jr and this location cooks it up as you would expect from Carls Jr. However this particular location has an excellent crew. The people are very friendly, they are always hustling, and rarely make mistakes.
I understand it’s hard to get good help these days so this is not “the norm” at fast food places anymore. However this location is doing great people wise. I usually order with the app because of a short lunch break, but even when I go through the drive thru or counter it moves fast. They take pride in what they do and make the business look good. That’s the reason for all the stars.

We had a terrible experience at Popeyes before coming to Carl’s Jr and we are so glad we did. Tanai was super friendly and helpful! She was clear and explained sizes. And was so friendly for 10:40 at night! We appreciated her so much What a refreshing experience with customer service!

Was really excited to see that they put in a new location in the city of Cornelius, Oregon. In my opinion they are one of the best fast food burger joints. They maintain their dinning experience thru fresh ingredients and care in preparation. I downloaded the new app (which is a real pain to start) and ordered my burger for lunch. Ordered the gold digger with extra pickles and extra American cheese. Got the extra pickles (that are free by the way), but they did not give me the extra cheese I paid for. It sounds like a small thing, but I did have to pay for it, and I like my burger extra cheesy. Other than that it was good. Rest of burger was still good. Will give them another chance, as they are still training new employees and mistakes can happen. Till next time Carl.

I went yesterday october 14th about 8pm and theirs a female worker that has the worst customer service i had ever seen shes allways rude and has a a rude facial expression like if she is bothered by customers coming by not sure what I did but She is allways their when i come by and allways gives the worst customer service. Its sad because I work at a fast food and I belive customer service is the most important thing to remember but she just clearly did not cared at all. Everytime I go at night i hope she is not their but she is everytime and I get the worst experience everytime. Carls junior plese we need better customer service

This Carl’s Jr. has great customer service. Rarely do I get served without a smile and a “Have a nice or great day.” I love their loaded breakfast burritos. They really hit the spot! Our other go to’s are the Western Bacon cheeseburger and the California Classic. Although we’ve never been disappointed in any other food we’ve had. I also like their onion rings and fried zucchini. The food is always hot and fresh. I also like that you can get burgers at breakfast time.

Best customer service I’ve received at a fast food restaurant in years! So kind and patient and accommodating. Unlike any service anywhere even full service restaurants! I was asked if I was using my app and when I said I didn’t have one I was given the opportunity to download it while they waited for me to complete the process at the drive thru window! That is absolutely unheard of in this day and age of hurry up and get out of my line! Thank you James and Jesus for being such kind and amazing humans!
