I ordered a small pizza on the mobile app, Pepperoni with mushrooms, well done. Well i received my order and you guys burnt my pizza. I ordered from papa John’s and always selected well done. I don’t like they normal bake because sometimes the dough don’t be cooked all the way. I do well done cheese don’t be burnt and you can see the your mushroom. I just called the store and spoke to a Mgr. Didnt apologize for the burnt pizza. Just offered a refund. Like ok I just wanted the damn pizza replaced just quick to give the money back. I included pictures!!! I won’t ever order here again just because the Mgr was rude and non empathetic….

I placed a large order through Uber Eats from the Papa John’s at 1565 W Main St (Lewisville) and the store cancelled my entire order simply because they “didn’t have ranch.” This is the second time this employee has done the same thing. No one called to ask if substitutions were okay or offered alternatives — they just cancelled it and left me stuck with no food for a large group.
Great brand, but this location’s customer service is unacceptable. I’m sharing this so management can address staff training and communication. I won’t order from this location again until I’m confident they take large orders seriously.

I drove all the way For my carryout order and the big black guy Told me that card reader wasn’t working and every time I try to pay for the order their system crashed. He was acting like it was my problem that their system couldn’t accept my card. Because it didn’t have the option for me to tap swipe or insert. I ended up leaving without my order. Horrible service it makes no sense a organization as large as Papa John’s can’t fix their internal payment processing issues.

I’m giving 3 stars, but only because it can be a toss up. Sometimes I say 5, but this most recent visit would be a 1 star on the food and atmosphere. We ordered for 2nd hlf of Monday Night Football, BYO stuffed crust, dbl pepperoni, carry out. Once making it back home, I find a pizza with about 6 pepperoni, and two slices were only cheese. Normally I would call about this, but it was late and the store only had 1 employee at the time, who said everyone else had clocked out when he was stuck making multiple pizzas by himself, when I asked where everyone else was. But just because you are busy and stuck alone, shouldn’t mean I don’t get my pepperoni. #wewant pepperoni!

I liked Papa John’s until I came to this store. The pizza was greasy, the dough was tough, and it had no flavor. And the cashier this Sunday afternoon was very rude when I checked out. I won’t be going to this place with my friends again.

Employees do not wear gloves when putting the toppings on the pizza. I have seen one employee go back and forth to the register, check people out and back to making the pizza without washing his hands. He only rinsed his hands off after finishing the pizza, no soap. Gross.

I ordered a large specialty pizza and they don’t give you hardly any meat toppings. The company can’t be doing that bad. Might as well ordered a damn cheese pizza. You should be ashamed to charge this much for a pizza with hardly and meat. Never again

I had a great experience at Papa John’s recently. There was a worker there — I didn’t catch his name, but he was a Black guy with a beard — and I just want to give him a shout-out. He was extremely courteous, professional, and just had a really cool, positive attitude that made the whole experience better. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Big thanks to him and the team for the great service and tasty pizza!

I just received my pizza order a little while ago. I have been waiting inside my home so I would not miss the delivery since 4:45PM.
As you can see on my order online, it specifically says “hand it to me”.
No one knocked. No one rang the doorbell. I was a little curious what was taking so long so I happen to walk outside and saw that it was delivered at 5:11 PM. Even in the additional instructions, it states, “please knock or ring doorbell and hand it to the customer”
It’s a good thing I happened to step outside or I would never have seen the pizza order at my front door! At least the cats or raccoons would’ve had a good meal. Bad communication with this order. Train or coach your drivers.
