My kids always ask to come here. They were literally crying for Texas Chicken because they love the food. The halal chicken is delicious and always good quality. The manager is a very nice person and the service is excellent.

Came by this new location and was pleasantly surprised. It’s better than its other locations. The spicy chicken tenders were fantastic and the chicken in the chicken sandwich was fresh, crispy, hot, and juicy. I had the pleasure of meeting Farhan who not only took my order but someone who went above and beyond to make sure I got everything that I needed, was comfortable, and satisfied. His manners and service were exceptional. His behavior towards other patrons was also excellent. Will definitely visit this location again.

The food at Texas Chicken and Burgers in Levittown was decent, but the service at the counter really needs improvement. The teller, She had a very poor attitude and did not seem interested in helping customers. A friendly and respectful interaction makes a big difference, so I hope She receives better customer service training on how to talk Politely.

1:24 AM October 29, 2025- However many people were working this shift should be fired immediately, called more than 15 times no answer, tried from multiple different numbers. Ended up placing an order through uber for 8 pieces of spicy chicken with a large fries- they sent 8 pieces old stale regular chicken with stale fries and burnt hard biscuits. For people who want a decent meal these types of employees you have working ruin it. Please reach back out ASAP in regard to this matter. I am posting this after multiple times of this happening. As the owner you need to address these employees and the work ethic they are carrying. Also Thankfully uber eats refunded the money even though we tried calling so many times even after to see if they can correct the order.

Absolutely disgusting place. The store was filthy with no cleanliness, tables, floors, bathroom every thing was dirty and the chicken smelled bad and it was not fresh. The whole place had an awful burned oil smell. On top of that, the employees had terrible attitudes and clearly didn’t care. I’m never gonna be coming back here again.

I came in late at night. The cashier was doing another customers order which I had no issue with. I stayed patient just for him to have an attitude with me . I asked for lemonade he filled it a quarter way cause I said light ice. Then I came back to fill it up more and he refused to give me more. Then I ordered a 4 for 5.99…. he only gave me 3 pieces . So I took the time to try a new place and I’m good off of here. I’ll never come back.

The food is good here honestly, but tonight the worker behind the register around 7/8 was extremely rude to me. First she makes me put ice in my own drink (a refresher located behind the counter) which is fine but isnt that your job? Anyway, I let that slide but when i got my strawberry lemonade there was boba at the bottom, how am i supposed to know lemonade comes with boba, that wasnt the case a couple of months ago. When i go up to the register to ask her she literally ROLLS her eyes to the BACK OF HER HEAD basically and then answers my question so vaguely, i didnt have the time of day to argue with an employee so i didnt say anything. But absolutely so rude so weird.
