Went to get dinner here tonight. Ordered the $5duo bacon cheeseburger and whopper jr. Added cheese to the whopper jr. Ordered another $5 duo whopper jr no onion and fry and added cheese to that one as well. The fries were cold..tried to eat them on ky way home. Get home and pull out the whopper jrs for them to have no cheese and the bacon cheeseburger to have no cheese AND no bacon! Attempted to call the restaurant and of course I got no answer. Definitely dont recommend using the drive thru!

The hubby and I stopped Friday night to grab quick dinner. And OMG probably one the dirtiest burger kings I’ve ever been in. Not one single table wiped down. The coke machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The store wasn’t busy and the employees just standing around. You would had at least thought the restaurant would had been clean. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I come to this Burger King, I always get sick. The past three times I have had either food poisoning or vomiting when I got home after eating the food. After seeing the other reviews on here of how dirty this place is, we will certainly not be returning. Clean up your restaurant. It’s disgusting.

Food was okay, but the service is the reason for the low rating. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, and the wait time was longer than it should have been for a simple order. No sense of urgency and very little communication. Burger King usually does better than this, so this visit was disappointing.

I pass this place often when I go in and out of town but it seems recently they have some issues. 30 min wait in drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me. Inside is worse. I got a whopper not like I ordered and it was soggy and crusty…like it had been there a while in the heater bin. Aggravated people behind the counter that share their attitude with the client. No ice in the ice machine at lunchtime. And they knew it but kept giving empty cups and requires return to counter when customers can’t get ice vs actually taking a moment to read the room. I would not recommend the store at all.

If you want to buy uncooked fresh chicken just go here. My chicken was completely fresh and pink and uncooked
I called them a few times for a refund but they never responded.
Because of some branches like this one they don’t have too many costumers and running slow.
When you compare with chick fil’a you will see the differences are from here to the moon!!!

This is by far the worst experience at burger king I’ve ever had, rude management and even worse food, raw chicken, and a manager who can’t treat customers with respect. I will not be coming back if this doesn’t change.

Never seen a whopper without lettuce but okay great job Burger King excellent service just because it’s almost 7 o’clock doesn’t mean your job is over I get up a 5 in the morning to go to mine which is physical labor why can’t you get yours right????????????????
