My husband and I went to Potsticker for my birthday. We made a reservation and were seated as soon as we arrived. The restaurant is very small but it didn’t take away from the experience. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable. We did the Potsticker feast and everything was delicious. I will say though, the cucumbers were a bit disappointing. Considering the rest of the meal, it would have been nice for there to be a bit more done with them. Maybe some rice vinegar or sugar or something to kind of balance everything out. But the ribeye noodles were addicting! So so good! All in all it was a great night and we definitely plan on coming back again soon!

Not a great first time at this place.

We had reservations for 7 and showed up early at 6:30. Totally did not have a problem waiting, but we got seated at the bar and then a table opened and we were asked if we wanted it, said yes and we’re moved. We then waited while people who didn’t have reservations were seated and ordered before we did. Not off to a great start.

Let’s get down to business:
Bad news first – We went BIG with the Potsticker Feast. But – sadly – we didn’t really like any of the Potstickers. The Taiwan Cabbage and the Kimchi Pork were okay. And we had to ask for the sauces to brought to us. Just not great service.

Good news- The cocktails were STRONG and tasty and the cucumbers with the Godmother sauce are OUT of this WORLD. Definitely the best thing we had.

The green beans (an add on) were okay. The Korean wings were also okay; nice and crispy, but better wings are around.

The General Tso’s was on point as were the Ribeye Noodles.

For a bill that was north of $150, we were pretty disappointed.

1st time visiting. The place is small and it does get busy. Service was great, tho. He was fast and efficient. We decided to do the Potsticker Feast since there was 4 of us.
I don’t remember what kind of potsticker we chose, but they were all good.
The rib eye noodle, korean wings n scallion pancack was all good as well.
I forgot to take a picture of general tso chicken, but that was good too.
I would definitely go back and try the other stuff on the menu.

Great five-course meal overall! The kimchi was fresh and flavorful, the Korean wings were perfectly crispy, the potstickers were delicious, and the beef fried rice was a standout. Everything was well prepared and made for an enjoyable dining experience.

That said, I do wish the portions matched the price a bit more. Only receiving two chicken wings felt a little skimpy, and the first course didn’t quite feel like a full course more like a small vegetable side.

I was dining by myself, but consistent check-ins are still important. I did have to ask a different server for refills, which would’ve been nice to avoid.

Overall, still a great meal with excellent flavors.just a few areas that could be improved.

Was a tinier restaurant than expected but I honestly enjoyed that, giving it more of an intimate restaurant setting so I recommend making a reservation if you can. Service was incredibly friendly, helpful and prompt. My child & I both split an order of wontons, 8 potstickers and a single bowl of the ribeye steak noodles. You can add more ribeye if you like, but the basic portion was more than enough for one adult and one tween. Ribeye was cooked perfectly along with the bed of noodles and veggies. The potstickers were amazingly delicious as we chose their new teriyaki chicken flavor as well as the beef & carrot. We decided on the classic dipping sauce which was a home run. The cream cheese wontons also proved to be exquisitely delectable having that hint of garlic and perfectly crispy wrappers that other places overdo. I thought the portions were fairly generous too given the upscale quality and prices. I highly recommend this restaurant to others and I plan to come back when in St. Paul.

Potsticker in Saint Paul — where do I even begin?! ✨

Alex, the owner, is truly in a class of his own. Do yourself a favor and ask him about his favorite Japanese whisky — it’s an experience in itself. The potstickers? Hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the sampler so you can try every flavor (you’ll thank me later).

We also ordered the General Tso’s — an absolute 10/10 — and the Szechuan fries were next-level incredible. Crispy, bold, and addictive.

This spot is a total gem and an easy recommendation to anyone looking for amazing food and great vibes in Saint Paul.
(PS try the cucumbers)

Good atmosphere. Delicious food. We got the pork belly fried rice, scallion pancakes, and dumplings. We got the chicken curry and the beef carrot. Very flavorful. I loved the music, the lighting. The server was helpful, knowing the menu well. Had a great time.

The place is really nice, but the fried chicken was way, way over cook, favorite mediocre, the whit rice great, some cheeseburger over season. Yet it wasn’t bad. I would bring someone here for a bite to eat. The peach cider beer that was nothing it didn’t taste like anything.
