I tried the Hot BOSS, Crispy Chicken Wrap, and the Spicy Crunch.
Hot BOSS – They’re signature double patty somewhat smash burger with a lot of flavorful toppings with turkey bacon strips. Not overwhelming with toppings and you can taste
the custom boss flavors. Well put together burger 10/10!
The Crispy Chicken Wrap – the best part that it’s wrapped in a homemade paratha but has a fusion vibe with the crispy chicken. Again saucy, well balanced. 9/10!
The Spicy Crunch – One of the best “Zinger” type sandwiches in town. Two large tenders with a bunch of flavorful toppings. 10/10! Will be coming back for this one.
Well done Shobi and Sania on great success during the soft launch! Excited to see this spot grow and become one of the top food truck choices in town!
This food truck is right across a gas station, making the lighting very good so I was fond of the location. I was greeted by an older Muslim lady who was very sweet yet shy. The food took quite a while (30 min) to prepare, but she was the only person in the truck and I think she had many of the machines turned off. It was also a pleasure to watch her make the food – she is clearly very experienced and made the cooking look like art.
After receiving my food and driving back (about a 30 min drive back home), I opened my boxes and was a little disappointed by how the food turned out. My first impression was that there was too much sauce – this is a problem with each one of the dishes so that will also explain why their rating was pretty low. As the food is to go, the abundance of sauce means our food was very soggy.
I started with the zinger burger (5/10). It was pretty standard as far as burgers go. There is potential in the chicken as the breading had spice but the sauce covered all of it. The zinger roll (6/10) was my favorite dish as it tasted like the burger but more fun for me to eat. The chicken mayo roll (3/10) was in my opinion my least favorite, as I am not a big fan of malai boti (I hate the texture). Finally, we have the chicken garlic mayo fries (3/10). I didn’t realize the chicken was going to be malai boti as well, and the fries were way too soggy from the sauce.
Overall, the flavoring isn’t too bad, and I think the sauce was also flavorful, there are just some improvements I would make:
a) For to go orders, give an option to pack the sauce on the side. It would make the food considerably less soggy and I can pour the sauce to my own extent.
b) Give some spice levels on the dishes ordered. The establishment is called JNS Hot & Spicy yet the food was never spicy to me. I think having some level of adjustment can go a long way.
c) Put some item descriptions for the dishes on the menu. I would not have ordered the chicken garlic mayo fries if I knew it was malai chicken used, and it’s a simple fix that would help a lot.
Overall, there is a lot of potential here and I can definitely see myself coming back, especially if I’m eating there as I’m sure the food tastes much different fresh.

The food truck is located in a gas station, and you can go up and order. The owner and chef is really nice and helpful with the menu. We got the chicken zinger, garlic mayo chicken roll, and the beef Bihari roll.
I loved the zinger sandwich and highly recommend it! It’s crunchy, doesn’t have a bunch of extra stuff in it, and it’s juts amazing when eaten fresh! The garlic mayo roll, I got a bit hesitant, and asked for less of the spicy chutney sauce, but I think next time I would go with the usual way she makes the roll. It was good, but would be better balanced with some spice. The beef Bihari roll was also a good option for those who prefer beef rolls, but I liked the chicken options better
I’ll definitely be back to try their fried chicken and get the zinger again.
