Today I placed a order for pick up. Two gaint sandwiches, one veggie everything with Extra pickles and banana peppers add hot relish and mayo, one Turkey provolone everything add extra banana peppers. Got home and the bread was hard on both. We order often, mostly delivery and last time we ordered the bread was also hard which isnt normally the case but here we are once again hard bread and the veggie didn’t have extra pickles or banana peppers and was missing the relish. The Turkey didn’t seem to have the extra banana peppers either. I eat here once a week if not more sometimes. I use to order JJ’s but fell in love with the sandwiches from Jersey mike’s. After today i dont know if ill be returning or maybe try a different location….

I have been to multiple times over the past 15yrs and never had a problem before but today! I Stopped in to order a number 8 and substitute the turkey for roast beef. I was told it would be an extra charge and I replied with no problem. The young lady then asked do you still want the bacon on it. I replied yes please, to which she stated again that’s gonna be another extra charge. I asked why? It comes with bacon. I was told because it’s a trend to put roast beef with ham. I said, so change it to a number 9 and substitute the turkey for ham. She tells me it’s still going to be an extra charge for with sandwich plus extra for the bacon. I was then upset with her attitude and walked away before I would say something nasty. The young lady clearly had an attitude and I was frustrated with her, that I just had to walk away. Not a great experience and won’t be back to this location!

Love Jersey Mike’s! This is a good location. Friendly service, make good sandwiches, and always have had a good experience. I follow that crazy sub guy on YouTube and social media. He makes so many different Jersey Mike’s viral sandwiches. I definitely crave Jersey Mike’s watching his videos. Luckily this location can fill those cravings! Thanks for being in the neighborhood.

I have only been to this Jersey Mike’s A couple times because I usually go to the Parkridge location, but I went once to pick up my sandwich and I was gonna pay for a drink, but the employee gave me a free drink just made me wanna come back to the store. Also, I feel like the unemployed made the vibe of this location better. I would recommend this Jersey Mike’s also

The nasty attitude woman works here calling herself a manager doesn’t even wash her dirty hands after walking outside throwing garbage to dumpster and she snatched brown bag food of a customer and started yelling, she was disturbing, we calling the Jersey mikes management about her bad behavior. She is not right person working in service industry for public places. We couldn’t pick our food she refused to and we had to cancel the order and refunded.

There’s nothing to complain about here. Fast and easy ordering online, reasonably priced ($9.97 for a regular turkey and provolone on parmesan bread), ready quick, and tasted very good! I recommend the parmesan bread and the ingredients taste fresh. I enjoyed every bite. This location is also very clean and open as well as festive (Chicago Blackhawks decorated theme for this month with their Blackhawks charity). I’d definitely return and try another sandwich!

Ordered all online for pick up and it was a very seamless and easy process. I didn’t need to load an additional app and I could easily do it through my phone. Ordering was simple (easier than other sandwich shops). Once I got there I didn’t have to wait in line and it was right in the table to the left for a quick in and out. Would definitely order from here again for a quick and easy experience

In Chicago, if you search for best Philly, you will always get Monti’s and philly’s best. I been to both, and it was okay, nothing over the top.

Among those searches, I discovered people from Philly and Jesey saying how Jesey Mike’s is serving solid Philly’s cheesesteak, and I was very confused. This whole time, I thought Jersey Mike’s was a better version of Subway serving cold sandwiches, which I hate!
So I never bother to even try Jersey Mike’s this whole time…

Well, I got here, and I tried one original Mike’s famous philly and 1 newest one, smoky southwestern.
Still being franchise, it wasn’t anything over the top again, but for this price? It is damn worth it.
I definitely recommend #17 original, it had good flavor and bite to it. It wasn’t amoroso bread, which defines the Philly cheesesteak in most authentic way, but their rosemary parmesan bread wasn’t bad.

Now, when I crave philly cheesesteak, living in the burbs and hate city parking and distance to go to Monti which was just okay for me (their wings are better), I can just go to Jersey Mike’s for quick craving.

Usually love coming here but this one shorter asian male employee was rude to me. He seemed visibly irritated while making my sandwich.
