Came here with dinner with my family to try something new, boy was it just that and unique!! The food items on the menu are very creative! Even the quesadillas are very creative options! The server was excellent and friendly the whole time! Even discussed food and restaurants in town after we finished! Was a neat place to hang out with very cool decorations! We all had a good time and enjoy all of our food choices! Everything was excellent and we will be back! Thanks for the great food and experience!

First time actually eating here. Heard mixed reviews. We were very happy with the service. Our waitress even came back right before happy hour ended to see if we needed anything.
Food was great. The Smashburger was awesome, mozzarella sticks were great. So was all the other food we ordered. I tried the chips which were good, but the tater tots were even better. I would definitely recommend and go back.

This weekend we visited Cliffs Dive Bar and Grill.
Location feel –
I loved how the location was set up with Nick knacks in the walls, to overhead lighting, and open so you can see all around.
Customer service –
Our waitress was terrific. Checked in on us often, always had a smile, and gave excellent suggestions.
Food –
The food is quite unusual spam and baloney in many dishes. I think “Dive Bar” :). I would have to say my favorites were the prime rib, pretzels with buffalo cheese sauce and potato chips with dip.
Drinks –
Drinks were happy hour when we visited and were buy one fry one. We enjoyed that ;).

Stopped for an early dinner on a Sunday. Everything was delicious and the serving sizes were large. Some odd (to me) combinations on the menu, but I’m sure they appeal to some people.

Wanted to get a nice Midwest downtown bar on a road trip and this place hit the spot! It’s in a nice old building and the exposed brick with stuff all over the walls made for a great vibe. Got the loaded nachos which were LOADED.
We were sat right at the bar and had a great time joking with the staff while watching football. They have a great selection of local beers on tap so I was able to try a lot of different brews from the area.

Great atmosphere and very good live music (not every night, we were lucky). Drinks were good. Staff was fine. Has a college feel to it. Menu doesn’t really have too many options, but the appetizers were good. We tried most of them. Good spot to check out.

Approched the entrance that was covered in bird poop. Gross! 2 young obnoxious kids standing outside there smoking, and made a comment that was supposed to be funny I guess. Thought the food was very good. 2 very young girls working. One behind the bar, and one waitress. It wasn’t busy at all. Asked about a couple menu items and was told,
” I usually don’t work during the day so I don’t know” No one refilled our empty drinks, or cleared the table when we were done eating. I spilled my water and had to clean it up myself. Since we sat right across from the bar, I’m sure she had to have heard or saw the mess. Then she brought over a towel after we HAD to ask. Threw them on the table and walked away. Saw her on her phone behind the bar doing nothing, as far as I could tell. So sitting after our meal, with empty glasses, and dirty dishes, as the waitress dropped off the check. Like I said, no one else was eating at any other tables. It was 1:30- 3:30 on a Sunday. Will definitely not return.
