Oh my GOSH!! This pizza was SO freaking good!!! We’re traveling and got into town late, so just wanted pizza delivered to our hotel. Was not wanting the typical big chains, so we just tried this. We were so glad we did! I got the Margherita and my hubby got The Works. We both had to make ourselves stop eating! Was looking for a good, real pizzeria, and this is it!!

Ordered at 3pm for delivery scheduled at 5pm. Called about delivery confirmation, the manager on duty figured out the issue and had our fresh delicious pizza at our door that seemed like the moment we hung up! Excellent Customer Service and delicious pizza in our area!

I truly don’t even like pizza anymore. I’m pretty burnt out on it, like for life, but Marcos managed to surprise me. It was delicious. I don’t think I have had a better pizza anywhere ever! Now if I could just afford them!! They are fairly high priced alone but on top of that the only way you can get delivery if by using door dash which brings a whole other set of fees and such with them. So by the time you get done ordering your very expensive pizza you then need to subscribe to a very expensive door dash account. If you don’t want to pay 50 plus dollars for your pizza I recommend just going in to the store if you have transportation, which I do not.

I went in and ordered a pizza to go that was supposed to be 20-25 minutes. I waited in my car for 25. It was not “bustling”…After 45 minutes I went in asked about my pizza and they threw it in the oven. So, our “to-go order” was 50+ minutes. I should have stayed at mellow mushroom.
On another note- the smell of marijuana is so strong in there every time I go in (as well as tonight) it’s hard to let my 13 yr old go in to pay. And that’s after Boston.

We have always loved Marcos but the last 2 times we have been there, customer service has been non existent. Last night my husband went in to order and after 10 minutes no one had even spoke to him, much less waited on him, he left and joined me at Jimmy John’s. The time before that a couple weeks earlier, he went in to pick up an order he placed on line. The order was wrong. The staff seemed to be annoyed about it and put him behind other orders.
We live about 20 minutes from Paducah so when we come to pick up food we would prefer it not to be a negative experience. We pass several other pizza places coming to Marcos so will probably check them out for the future.

Ordered online, went into my pocket book and realized I was 3 dollars short. Called the restaurant a very sweet lady answered and tried her best to help us while the manager finished something up, spoke to the manager and she discounted our order. When the driver arrived he wasn’t aware of the situation, he couldn’t leave the food. we totally understood and about 10 minutes later he was back at our door saying it was on the house. The whole team went above and beyond for us. I truly appreciate the kindness and compassion. Plus the food is delicious. Marcos will always be our first choice

Food is great, but prices and deals dont match up, i had a order for 26 dollars was supposed to get 50% off but some how it only took of 6 dollars before adding delivery fee and tip. The manager did reach out and get the credit I feel was adequate for the miss communication. Thank you marcos!

Super disappointed. Ordered pizza at 5:30 pm and it was after 7 pm before it arrived. It was cold and not very good at all. This was for our grandson’s birthday which made it even more aggravating. Won’t order from here again.

We ordered a large deluxe and a large cheese & bacon. We received two large cheese & bacon. Pizza was lukewarm when received, because the driver was given 3 orders to deliver at once. Store score negative 10. Delivery alert email was sent 40 minutes before pizza was delivered.
Driver was AWESOME! 12 stars! He apologized and provided a great interaction. The driver is the only reason y’all get any stars at all.

Called at 8:36pm as we still had not gotten our order, and was told the delivery driver should be here any second
Tracker showed delivered at 8:53pm. Was delivered to the wrong address. Very disappointed.
The gentleman I spoke with at the store was very nice though and gave a refund for our order. Will try again in the future but likely do pick up. Very much appreciate the customer service I received on the phone, which is why I gave the stars I did.
