I needed to pick up a treat for my wife as a surprise. I hadn’t been in a Dunkin in years and didn’t know what drinks to get. The employee was polite, patient and gave helpful advice. They quickly got what I ordered as well.

First off I wanted to make it easier on the workers by going in , I went in and i was literally the only one there and no one greeted me or anything they had one girl doing everything and the other girl barley helped her . They finally take my money and then told me after they were out of my drink! Thats all I wanted and had come in for, I asked politely for a refund and she said she would have to call her boss and didnt know how .. im like I really dont wanna wait anymore and im overwhelmed so I comprised and asked her just to make me a blueberry iced coffee and she was like I dont think that would be very good together.. I get this all the time mind you. She thought I was talking about a different drink I guess anyway I dont mean at all to sound like a Karen or anything I totally feel for them but they could have at least treated me with a little more urgency I wasn’t expecting to me treated like a princess but I felt ignored:/ and I would never yell or get upset at workers but I was disappointed and they didnt give me a receipt

27 minutes for 6 donuts, 3 drinks, and 1 sandwich. Not a single person ordering in lobby, no delivery pickups, drive-thru was slow. Nobody even acknowledged me at counter for 11 minutes. This isn’t first time I’ve experienced this here. Need to get act together or close and spare the world an unnecessary wait.

As a DoorDash driver, I was extremely frustrated with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Despite having 20 minutes to prepare the order, it wasn’t ready when I arrived at 9am. I even asked the staff to make it on the spot, but they refused. This led to a huge delay and a very poor experience for both me and the customer.

This Dunkin’ is both nice and clean. The food is good as well as the service. However, my biggest pet peeve here is corporate waste and environmental impact. There is a large dumpster behind the store. Instead of donating their old donuts to the homeless shelter like the other baked goods places in Wichita, they put them in this dumpster. There are volunteers who can come pick them up. This is a huge waste of perfectly consumable food for people who otherwise may not eat. It is also causing a mounting pest problem with the birds and rats that I have seen scavenging this dumpster for said donuts. It is not good for the animals to eat that. Why not get someone to talk to corporate? I just see this as a HUGE disappointment from the chain. It is likely going to result in me messaging corporate. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 5. If they fix this problem, I will fix my review. (E-mail was sent to corporate.)

Literally the worst coffee shop in town. Employees are extremely rude and snarky. If they get the order wrong they laugh about it. I came back to give them a chance to do better and it was even worse than before. I will never return.

Just got two large lattes, and 4 sides of potatoes. 2 of my sides are inedible; they’re stale and hard (the other 2 were fine), and my coffees are both filled up only halfway?????? Tried calling to ask for a refund, but they don’t answer so, now I’m debating going in person or just throwing then into the garbage and learning my lesson to never to here again.

I order a donut and coffee. After over 15 minutes of waiting, another customer walked in and placed an order, which they immediately filled. I objected and said I had been waiting for my order for over 15 minutes and asked for a refund. No one ever spoke to me until I asked for the refund. Horrible service!!!!
