Didnt know about this place until my wife mentioned it this morning. Stopped in and not 2 minutes later the line was almost out the door and after we sat down to eat a few bites, people kept coming in and didn’t stop until we left. Delicious donuts and kolaches.

Love, love this place. I know donuts are subjective, but for me these are hands down the best donuts I’ve found. Maple glaze is delicious, sweet, pillowy soft perfection. I’ve had plain, chocolate covered, filled, sprinkles, maple bacon, and fritters…all good. They also offer breakfast sandwiches and kolaches that are quite tasty too. Check their hours (open mornings thru early lunch) and get there early to get your favorites (after a certain point in the day, when it’s gone it’s gone). The staff (owners???) are always friendly, patient, and pleasant. The prices are hard to beat. Every time I drive by my brain says “mmmmm donuts”

Some of the best donuts I’ve had in years! They are both soft and chewy, but also thick and tasty. Loadssss of different flavors to choose from, but don’t miss out on the glazed because it’s a classic for a reason.
It’s very easy to order and the wait isn’t long at all, if there even is one. This will be my go to donut place from now on.

Absolutely the best donuts in the upstate, and the greatest apple fritters I’ve ever had! I can’t say enough about how freaking good their donuts are, everything is amazing, the glazed is top tier and I’ve never had a donut that wasn’t perfect.

My husband went and picked up donuts for us this morning. We ended up getting a full dozen because of the deal that you get, and what a deal it was. Everything was perfectly fried, nothing overdone or soggy and packed full of flavor. It was one of the best cinnamon twists I’ve had in a while, perfectly fluffy inside and slightly crispy outside with the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar all over. My husband’s favorite was the yeast donut with the cream cheese filling and I also really loved the chocolate with the Bavarian cream. It might sound crazy but we’re going back again tomorrow to get some donuts for family in town. It was absolutely delicious, best advice is to get a dozen and share so that way you can try a little bit of everything to find your favorite. Really was absolutely incredible, I have found my favorite donut shop.

I made a stop at Lickin’ Good Donut shop in Simpsonville. They have a nice selection of sweet pastries as well as some savory goodies. I’ve been to the shop before, but it was later in the day, and they were sold out on most of their pastries. Today there was plenty of things to choose from depending on what you wanted. Some of their sweet items are apple fritters, glazed and cinnamon coated twists, sour crème donuts, raspberry, lemon, chocolate and Bavarian cream filled donuts, chocolate, yellow and blueberry cake donuts. Some of the savory items were ham, cheese and egg, bacon, egg and cheese croissants, sausage dogs wrapped in what looked like puff pastry. On this visit since I had a variety to choose from, it took me a minute to decide what I wanted. I got a glazed twist, a lemon filled glazed donut and a blueberry glazed cake donut. The twist was fresh and so was the blueberry donut, both were delicious. If you’re in the Simpsonville area during the morning, just drive around the corner of Food Lion, Donut is at the very end, you will be glad that you did!

If I could give more stars, I would! Fabulous donuts! 12 years ago we moved here from California and we have been searching for Cambodian style donuts and we finally found it! The donuts were incredible and yet the service was even better! I would highly recommend that you try these donuts. The only negative thing is that they were 32 minutes away from where we live, but we are hopeful that they will move to Anderson South Carolina 🙂
