I was hoping fresh food during lunch hour. I’m sorry I don’t usually do this. but even the chips were stale. I’m very disappointed. I did not enjoy my lunch :/ had to throw the rest out. please do better. The only good thing about this visit was the lady at the cash register. She had a nice smile. I believe she had glasses, but she was the only one there that look like she wanted to be there.

Absolutely disgusting food quality and terrible service. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The chicken was beyond over seasoned, incredibly spicy, and mostly fat – it was inedible. The black beans were also astonishingly spicy and over seasoned also not edible. The guac had so much onion in it that that was all you could taste. The service was also atrocious – the girl behind the counter didn’t speak or understand a single word of English and the girl behind the register wasn’t much better.

I can not believe that my quesadilla was made this way. My quesadilla was poorly put together. All the meat is coming out the wrap with tons sauce drenched in the wrap. This is so disrespectful. I don’t understand why someone would do This and not make the food with love and care. This is so disgusting!!!!!

6hrs before closing and they ran out of almost all meats. Also had to wait for the sides to be prepped. Alright , things happen… What isn’t alright is when I get double meat but it’s all BONES and FATTY pieces (the chewy kind that makes you shiver when you bite into it). $$ down the drain. Really upset with this, hope they get more training on what pieces of meat should be prepped in. Unfortunately I looked over at the stove and it was not very clean either. If various reviews are also telling you that this location is disorganized and has low ratings, maybe try to address the issues before more of us waste time and money to “give it a chance” and end up just as disappointed as these comments, mine including. I don’t even complain but this sent me over with my double meat being bones/tendons/chewy and had to spit out.

Ive been to this location a few times now and I am updating my rating today because the place was disgusting. Yes, they were busy but at least one person should be able to wipe down tables and take care of the garbage.

Service is truly horrendous. I placed and order for pick up the lady behind the counter when I asked if I can get sauces to go legit looked at me like I had 3 heads and didn’t acknowledge so she ended up calling over what seemed to be a manager (blonde hair) she gave me the sauces finally but also was rude about it. Just a very uncomfortable customer service feel in total like I was being a burden for asking for sauces. Mind you it took 3 people to find get what I was asking for smh.

There is so many wrong things about this location I will name a few…
Every time I come here after 9 there is something missing, like guys just make extra. Today I was here at 9:11 pm and there was no pico de gallo. Two nights ago at 9:45 there was no pico de gallo, chicken, guacamole nor sour cream! Like how the hell you don’t have sour cream??? Its not like you are making a fresh one every 20 min… and you are open until 11pm!!! Almost two hr earlier you run out of something???
Also it is extremely dirty, tables are not being clean despite employees chatting behind. Garbage is ALWAYS full! ALWAYS! Any time of the day you come!
I am not giving this place second chance anymore! I will head to salsa fresca next time! Its only down the street from here. And you get chips with a meal for free!
