Let’s Talk About How CONSISTENT THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN!!!!!
I had to call the store to let them know how Hot and Fresh my food is every time I order for my lunch! I mean it’s really worth every dollar and I couldn’t be more appreciative for that. The customer service is Outstanding and that reflects in the work they put in on a daily basis. As you can see I left no crumbs and devoured my lunch today and every other day I come. Thank you guys for doing such an Amazing job day by day. It definitely does not go unnoticed!

Food was pink on the inside and tasted terribly on the bite we did take. I called today to get my order replaced as they were closed last night by the time I got home. Manager on duty refused to get it remade without the chicken which we tossed due to it being undercooked. So im just posting here to warn others.

1 year later I gave the boat club Chicken E another chance. They’re calling these little nuggets chicken tenders. I’ll never be back, the worst Chicken Express ever. Won’t give it another shot.

This place never ceases to disappoint. They just don’t care about the food they serve which means they definitely don’t give two nothings about their customers. I went today ordered chicken only and it was just old chicken small chicken and tasteless chicken, and it’s sorely overpriced. I think I’ve finally learned a lesson, go all the way over to the chicken express on Saginaw blvd because at least I get fresh chicken.

I’m not coming back, in the last 2 weeks I have eaten here 3 times and 3 times it was not that great. The wife’s out of town and she did not like their chicken, she is smarter than me. But anyway, about 10 days ago I stopped in around 5pm. Ordered 3 piece, mac and cheese, green beans. For home (3 min) and the checken was really old and dry, so much I could only eat one piece. About 4 days ago, again around 5pm, ordered the same. Got home, no roll, chicken was hot and fresh, the mac and cheese was really salty (not edible). So today (3rd), stopped in ordered 2 piece, mac & cheese. The smaller piece was very good and fresh, the larger piece could have been cooked a bit longer (see pic). It was a little stringy so I took a look at it. Hope I do not get sick. Sorry if it does not look appetizing.

This is our go-to location for chicken. Always a family favorite after our Thursday Scout meeting, but despite us walking in at 9pm every week, we never get poor service even though its an hour till closing. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and they keep the place clean. Chicken is fresh whether it’s lunchtime or 30 minutes till closing. We skip the other CE locations that are along the way to make sure we go to this one! Great job to the management and employees here!
Also, the sweet tea is perfect. Don’t drink if you plan on sleeping anytime soon though! Lol

Visited at 12:30pm on a Thursday and ordered a number 12 which is a 12 piece. There were 3 other cars ahead me so I waited about 10 minutes to get to the window. When I am about to pay the employee tells me that my 12 pieces will all be wings or I have to wait 15 minutes more.
This place is totally pathetic.. How do you expect to charge me $35 for 12 wings and 2 fries?? I sincerely hope we get more restaurants to choose from soon because this place is terrible and the employees could not care less.

I just moved out of my hometown over to this side of town so this is my first experience. Don’t get me wrong I was frustrated but unwilling to wait in line again for the correct tenders… (normal, I wanted spicy..) but maybe I should’ve. They’re fine. The temperature? On the colder side. Get this: there corn sticks in my box. Like.. if the reviews are right about the girls working the drivethru being petty, then this is ridiculous. In my perspective? I asked what the charge for corn is as a side. 3.50? No thank you. I was literally so polite. This is pretty.

That girl in the morning is the rudest drive thru I’ve ever seen I’ve been 2 times 1 time I left the drive thru because of how poor her communication was, 2nd time as well she was rude for no reason screaming over the drive thru. Ong she need to get fired, the one in the morning, everybody seems cool tho
