I had such a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving! but what really stood out was the service. Cassidy and defan were absolutely amazing: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable, even during a busy time. You can tell they truly care about customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back—thank you, Cassidy and Stettin, for making my visit so great!

There’s clearly something wrong with management at this location. I noticed a big turnover here and all the best servers are gone. The employees seem like they hate working here and some clearly shouldn’t be working there to begin with. Please assign a good manager on site and motivate your employees they always look miserable and overworked. Blaze pizza got a new manager and has been doing an excellent job having a great manager on site working with the crew and they operate as a team with plenty of staff and I have gotten great service there ever since.
Get a mystery shopper system or have the franchisee owner visit more frequently.
