Today I did a mobile app order. (They finally have build your own box on the app.) I ordered four plain, six everything, and three asiago. When I got home and opened the stapled box I had three Asiago, six sesame, and four plain. (Upon trying to call three times there’s no answer everyone is busy they direct you to order online.) So I drive back to Einstein’s with the receipt stating six everything and a picture of my six sesame. The manager proceeded not to believe me and asked where are the six sesame bagels. I said they’re at home, I showed him the picture and proved the time stamp on the picture and he said, “well, I built the box I know I put six everything in it” why would I lie about this I asked him and drive all the way back here. He rolled his eyes at me and handed me my bagels. Really crappy customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Today, I went in to buy a bagel and coffee and stood by the counter for a while without anyone acknowledging me or taking my order. Eventually, a tall dark skin employee called me over, but his attitude was rude and unprofessional. When I approached the counter, he just stood there and shook his head for me to speak instead of politely asking for my order. I found that very disrespectful.
Unfortunately, this was not the first bad experience I’ve had here. On a previous visit, I bought a bagel that was burned. When I returned the next day to let them know, no one apologized or tried to make it right. They simply looked at me like I was crazy and did nothing to fix the situation.
My husband also had a bad experience when his sandwich order was made incorrectly. Instead of trying to understand the problem and correct it, the two younger employees at the front confronted him and then said they were going to charge extra. That is not how customers should be treated. When I said that their customer service was poor, the tall dark-skinned employee laughed as if the situation was funny.
Overall, the service here has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The staff seem unwilling to listen, accommodate customers, or correct mistakes. I tried to get the names of the employees but their name tag is nor visible. This has been a really bad experience, and I hope management takes customer service more seriously.

If you want to be disappointed in the big 26, go here!!!! This place has been the bagel spot for 10 years now living in Weston and get this, I come here Wednesday, January 7th to get my bagels and they get not 1, not 2, but somehow all 3 of my bagels wrong. If you had a shift at 9:45 you know who you are, you gave me 2.5 asaigo bagels and 0.5 of an everything somehow. You forgot to toast another one. Do better.

Rating based on the speed of service and variety of bagels available as well as during this visit there was only 2 coffee self service available with usual being at least 4 or more. Milk and creamers were not replenished and while there was a short line to order, amount of people waiting for their orders much higher…

As a New Yorker I was very happy to find a near by bagel place. I truly should’ve listen to the reviews which I gave you guys a chance. First of all you guys charge a pretty penny (which I don’t mind paying) if I’m getting great service which I was so disappointed. You guys skimp so much specially the cream cheese then I asked for two raisin bagels and look how you just through it in the bag. Truly $36.64 down the drain not happy at all. Thank you guys for such a non good breakfast. 🙁

I’ve been coming to this Einstein Bagels in Weston for a few months now, and every single time there’s confusion about where the line is supposed to go. Usually the staff just redirects you politely and we move on. But today was something completely different.
As my family and I walked in, we stood exactly where we were guided to stand during previous visits. We were next in line when Valentina looked at us and rudely said, “The line is over here next…” with such an attitude. I explained that the line is always switching every visit and that she watched us walk in without saying a word. Instead of simply redirecting us, she doubled down with more attitude, claiming “the line is always here,” which is absolutely not true based on many past experiences.
The worst part? She refused to take our order. She took the next person instead like we weren’t even standing there.
This location is always unorganized, but today was by far the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever dealt with here. Absolutely no customer service, no courtesy, and no consistency. Extremely disappointing, especially for a place we try to visit regularly.

Einstein Bagels in the Weston location has always been a great place to eat. The eggs are made from scratch, and sometimes I can even smell the fresh bagels coming straight from the oven. I enjoy dining here because I know the food is always fresh. Lorenzo, Angie, Ashley, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions. It’s the perfect combination of delicious food and excellent customer service!

Love this Einstein’s location. Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Love the bagels, just wish they would offer a vegan cream cheese or vegan butter and also offer a vegan milk or creamer.
