This Subway Always did an excellent job when I went. I been here many times in my life and is the closest Subway to my house I could walk here. Plus, they gave me a free sandwich one time for my birthday . Good job

Other Subway locations tend to have a wait, but this one wasn’t busy at all. Sandwich artist did a great job. Lobby was clean. Definitely would return to this location when I am in the area.

I went and got a sandwich that was a chicken sandwich that was supposed to have all on the menu what was listed on it. I also made some modifications to add more ingredients. None of the original ingredients were on the sandwich.
When I got home and called about it, the sandwich artist by the name of Heidi rudely asked me if I was done complaining and talking and then proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back there another female answered saying that she made my sandwich and that it was completely right and that I was wrong and basically laughed at me when I asked what she could do to make it right. Being someone whos worked in the restaurant industry for years, I can not believe how unprofessional and rude this Subway location is.
I haven’t eaten at subway in 10 years and it was truly a disappointment to see how I was treated let alone spending almost 12 dollars on bread. It’s Sad that some people cant even perform being a “sandwich artist” correctly. Its sad that people can’t conduct themselves in a professional manner. I don’t really care about the sandwich at this point, I cared about how I was treated. Won’t be eating at subway ever again

I ordered a veggie delight. The worker put very little lettuce. I asked for more she maybe added 2 pieces. When I asked for more she told me she couldn’t give me anymore and that they were only allowed to give so much. She was rude and acted like we were a problem.

Hair in my soup
I come here frequently, the service is usually pretty good. When ordering on the app my sandwiches are generally made correctly. I usually don’t have any complaints….but today….this hair really threw me off and I don’t think I’ll ever order the soup again which is sad because it’s my absolute favorite. My first soup of the season…has a thick curly hair in it I almost ate it all….and tbh it does not look like a head hair, especially considering the people working didn’t have matching hair types.

Last order was through door dash. I didn’t get 2 of tge three items I payed for. And my sandwich was wrong. When I called they told me to bring it back, the problem is I door dashed because I didn’t have my car at work with me, I had no way to get there, thats why I door dashed, the reponce I got from the kid onthe phone was bring the sandwich back tomorrow. Everything ive ordered here its been messed up. Theres no customer service and very rude employees.

I ordered a steak and cheese online. No onion double meat add jalapeño. None of that happened. I called they said they would fix it the next day I made a trip back. They played games. Reading other yelps don’t order online not sure they can read. I won’t be back

Order sandwich with Tuna on Sunday but received 2 pieces of bread with different meat on each parts (one piece has turkey and one other has I don’t know if it’s chicken or what). Go back in the location with order and receipt, Requested refund but this people playing game with me until did not receive refund. After days, I received a replacement order from Subway on the same location. But the customer service is not good enough.
