So made a call in order for 2 chicken bacon melts and get here about 10 minutes after. They just put the order in so had to wait for order to be cooked… Defeats the call in and quick pick up. Then when order is finally done the lady forgets one of the chicken melts and adds another 15 minutes to my wait that should of been ready when I got here.

Ordered through app. Pick up time was posted for 1:16 PM. I arrived at 1:17 PM. An employee stood up from the hidden corner to the right, stepped out and looked directly at me then to the back of the store. He went back to his corner and continued eating. I had been here 3 minutes and this employee once again stepped out a few steps towards the back. He then turns again towards me and says “someone will be with you in a few moments”. He sat back in his corner eating his pizza. The time is now 1:22 PM.
Another few minutes and this employee steps out, walks to the back, stops and looks around. Without a word sets back down to continue eating. I ask if there were anyone else was there that could wait on me. He said the Asst. Mgr was in the bathroom and should be coming.
At 1:25 the other person shows up from the back, gets my order and I pay. He seemed to check the receipt for a tip. I gave zero tip. Once I got home with my order I was more pleased that I did not leave a tip as my order was in bad shape.
On my cupped pepperoni personal pan pizza I found two, yes just two pepperonis UNDER the cheese. Very strange. I will NOT recommend nor return to this location.

The service here is outstanding! The employees always go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their food. This is by far the best Pizza Hut I’ve been to and highly recommend ordering pizza from this location.

If you’re thinking of ordering pizza on a Saturday afternoon, order well in advance, because they’re understaffed and poorly organized. They made me wait an hour and a half for my order. I know I put up with it, but two other people left angry about the delay. Their solution was to give me a $10 credit as compensation. Honestly, that makes me not want to buy from them again.

I came in not knowing what I wanted Blake and dewaysha came up and helped me figure everything out they knew exactly how to read me and what I wanted and took care of all my needs wings pizza bacon cheese sticks Blake even sold me on adding a side order of jalapeños and adding the to the bacon cheese sticks the cinnamon bun minis were a perfect choice to wrap up the whole experience with while I was in the store I felt comfortable and at home gene came up made me laugh and really tied the whole experience together 10 out of ten wish I could score a higher mark on these guys the are the true face of great customer service

I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers pizza from Pizza Hut in Dickinson, TX (77539), but got a regular pepperoni pizza with just three slices per slice. The employee claimed the extra pepperoni was under the cheese, which I’ve never seen in 30 years of ordering this pizza—it should have crispy pepperoni on top. I checked and found no extra pepperoni, proving she lied. I demanded a remake, but they sent another regular pizza, saying “that’s how they make them,” showing they’re deliberately shortchanging customers. This isn’t the first issue with this store. I’m paying for a premium pizza and expect it to match the menu photos. I demand a reprimand, an apology, and a proper Large Pan Pepperoni Lovers pizza. This Pizza Hut scams customers. This place sucks.

The pizza was delicious. It’s hard to mess up pizza. We ordered online and the Only complaints I have is, I genuinely wanted EXTRA sauce and specified extra sauce. Also it’s crazy that Pizza Hut doesn’t have blue cheese. Other than that it was yummy, and Thank You!!

we received the pizza almost an hour after the order was placed and it was cold and hard. it seemed like it had been sitting out for several days and super thin when we ordered hand tossed, i’ve never had an issue with pizza hut until i came to this location, the breadsticks look so nasty i couldn’t even eat them, when we called to try and resolve the issue the manager was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. there’s a reason half of these reviews are 1 star.
