Pretty upset for how much I paid for the pizza. I used to work at a pizza place. I ordered a this crust, yes there are plenty of toppings, but I also ordered it well done. I ordered it before and it turned out just fine. But this time, it looks like it was pulled too early. And they made the mistake of not putting cheese on first before the topping which didn’t allow the toppings to cook, and all the toppings had nothing to stick to so they are falling off. If you make a mistake correct it and tell the customer so they aren’t waiting in your parking lot for longer than you said. Waiting on a pizza that you messed up. Oh and next time they ask for ranch and you knowingly messed up the pizza and made them wait.. id just try and put a smile on their face and give the the ranch. 🙂

The staff was very, very kind. The place was real clvert, very clean . The salad bar was fully stocked and very nice looking . The young lady who waited on us was so, so sweet and was smiling with kindness. I wish I could of remember her name . Also, the Ice cream was very, very fresh and yummy too.

We’ve stopped a few times at Simple Simons after visiting the pumpkin patch or Christmas tree farm. They always have good pizza, a small but tasty salad bar, and the kids love the ice cream shop! Definitely good food, and friendly staff!

First time here today for noontime buffet (available 11-2 M-F) I enjoyed it and thought the price wasn’t too bad. (~$11) Fresh and tasty!

You need to try the combos they have, they have good prices and toppings. The buffet is good if your in a group with different decisions on the menu. The cauliflower pizza tastes like cauliflower fyi. I have no complains there isn’t too much of nothing everything is the amount it should be on a pizza and toppings and cheese and etc lol. The wings are my favorite ones.

While picking up the order I placed online I was informed I will have to pay for an extra topping, mind you I placed the order and paid online. I asked why and was told it was bc pineapple was added to the bacon cheddar pizza. I explained that it was an included ingredient. She then said that the online recipes don’t always match the location’s and I need to pay for the extra ingredient. So, the website and locations are not synced and it is at the customers expense? She said “We will let our manager know.” and she stuck her hand out for payment. I wouldn’t have written a review, but when I got home our order was wrong. When I contacted the location the girl said “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” Where is the customer service, apology for the customer’s inconvenience or regard for the customer’s experience? Horrible customer service.

It’s our first time eating at this restaurant. For buffet pizza, it was good. There were some good choices as well as a good salad bar. As well, there were chips along with warm marinara sauce and cheese dip. The dessert pizzas were interesting and delicious. Impressive was how accommodating they were in bringing out pizza my wife could eat. The staff were all very friendly and regularly attended to our table.
