I tried this restaurant for the first time and it really impressed me. I ordered the orange chicken lunch special which included soup, chicken fried rice and an egg roll. The orange chicken had a great crunch with a perfect mix of sweet and heat. The egg roll was flavorful and nicely crisp, and the fried rice was cooked just right. I was welcomed with a warm smile the moment I walked in, which made the visit feel even nicer. I will definitely be coming back.

Went here for the first time walked in was greeted right away! The place was nice and clean! I ordered their Shrimp Lo Mein and Beef and Broccoli spent $30 and got back 2 HUGE amounts of dishes. Omg this is enough food for 4 people easily!! I asked them to make it spicy and it’s not spicy to my standard but has a ok kick to it. Taste absolutely amazing though and I would definitely come back here!!!! Really great price oh and also I ordered and got my food in like 10 minutes super fast service and great quality food!!!!! I ate like 5 pieces of shrimp before I took the picture but it’s packed with shrimp even though the picture doesn’t show it!

China Dragon is a decent takeout spot in Algonquin. They have a few tables for dining in, but it’s definitely more of a casual, grab-and-go kind of place. The lunch specials are a good deal, and the portions are pretty generous. The food is solid – nothing too fancy, but it hits the spot when you’re craving some classic American-style Chinese. It’s not the most amazing Chinese food I’ve ever had, but it’s reliable and gets the job done for a quick and filling meal.

Absolutely my favorite Chinese/asian cuisine! The amount of food you get for the price is mind blowing, enough to feed the family and have plenty plenty of leftovers. Also, the cappuccino and mango strawberry smoothie is DELICIOUS

I ordered delivery. I started a Quest for the Best Mongolian Beef and I believe my quest has ended. The first restaurant didn’t work out, and then China Dragon 1 was recommended. So, I quickly ordered the Mongolian Beef and this restaurant did not disappoint. There was a big portion of beef! So many other restaurants around here put way too much vegetables. China Dragon gives you a big portion of beef and vegetables! Not too much vegetables but enough to flavor the meal. The sauce and spice is perfect too and brings back memories of all the good Chinese restaurants in Chicago back in the day. Since their Mongolian Beef was perfect you can bet the other menu items are going to be great! I’ll continue to rank other restaurants, but China Dragon is my #1.

I tried the orange chicken. Absolutely gross!! I don’t think it was even chicken with a rotten chicken or something aftertaste. Hard pieces, nothing tender and moist. At one point I think I was chewing on bones. Again, Pretty gross!!

First time eating here. Had orange chicken lunch special. Came with soup , chicken fried rice and an egg roll. Orange chicken was crispy, right balance of sweet and spicy. Egg roll tasty and crispy. Perfect fried rice. Was greeted with a welcome smile upon walking in. Will return:)

Inexpensive asian food restaurant with nice sushi selections. Although my friend didn’t like his curry, my sushi tasted nice. Only problem is that the soy sauce I think they used was not for sushi (it was the kind for cooking, which made it taste a little too strong).
