I had such a great experience at this ice cream shop! The ice cream itself was delicious with so many unique flavors to choose from, but what really stood out was the customer service. Jackson and John went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and made some excellent recommendations that I absolutely loved. Their positive energy made the visit even sweeter. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for both amazing ice cream and top-notch service!

We went to Riches on a Saturday night and it was not that great. We have been before and it was not that great then either. This time we had a raspberry sundae with one! literally one! Raspberry! For some reason it had marshmallow on it as well. Not ordered. The malt was not a malt at all just chocolate Icecream with added chocolate syrup. The concretes were ok but I think the kids who work there are too busy chatting it up with their friends and not really paying attention to doing their jobs or they just don’t care. It’s a shame because it could be nice. The time before the kids who work there again were busy with their friends who came to visit them. Our orders were messed up then as well and there was a lot of foul language so I had to take my grandchild outside. We will go to Oberwise next time. Icecream is good at Riches but the service is awful!

I ordered the Turtle concrete and it may have been the best one I’ve ever eaten. The custard was very creamy, and there was plenty of caramel, just the right amount of hot fudge, and lots of pecans.

I have a couple go to places when I visit St Louis and this is one of them. To be honest I would be happy with either Rich’s or Ted Drew’s. The prices are fair and I never have an issue with service. Even when the place is busy they move the line pretty fast. I don’t think I have ever seen the business under staffed. Check them out!

My wife and I stopped here for the first time tonight. We each ordered the Wally with chocolate custard. It had brownie bites, hot fudge, and whipped cream. It was okay. The custard was creamy, but tasted similar Freddy’s Frozen Custard. The brownie bites were chewy, but you could tell they were just the standard store bought toppings most places use. They aren’t baked brownies blended into the concrete like some frozen custard places do. The hot fudge was blended in, but you could barely taste it, if at all. The whipped cream was probably the best part as it was generously sprayed on top.
Rich’s is fine if you don’t have any other frozen custard options near you. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again. You’re better off going to Ted Drewe’s or Andy’s Frozen Custard instead.
