Everything you need from your local Chinese takeout restaurant. The cashier was really sweet and I was really not anticipating how flavorful everything was. The portions will feed us for the next three days and it was a very agreeable price as well. 6/5 I’ll be back

It’s Christmas Eve – I know they’re busy. This is probably their busiest night of the year. But we placed an online order around 5:15, which said it was a 6:20 pickup. Arrived at 6:20 only to wait for TWO more hours for our food. We had family from out of town waiting for us, but we’d already paid and couldn’t leave and were getting no updates about when we could expect our food. We would’ve cancelled and gone elsewhere if we had known. If it’s going to take 3 hours, just say that. Or quit taking walk ins. We saw several people who walked in and ordered and got their food before us. They clearly could not handle the volume of orders they were accepting tonight and did nothing to make it right for customers. I don’t care if the food is good – we won’t be returning if this is how they treat paying customers.

Do not ever order online from here they use every possible service there’s no way to track the order. I waited for two hours on Christmas and gave up ended up having toast for dinner.
So I tried again on New Year’s Eve tonight. Placed my order at 5 PM. It’s now 830 and I still don’t have my food. I have been coming here for 20 years.
But they could care less about you having to wait they had their phone off the hook so they wouldn’t have to field calls.

Service was fast, with a smile. They were very willing to accommodate for a food allergy and the food came at a good pace, piping hot. Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I were racing some Chinese food and were down in Spring Hill. We called, ordered, and went and picked up. I knew walking in this would be fantastic food and I was NOT let down.
We had enough food for 2 meals per person and it was delicious! We can not wait to come back!

I don’t understand the high rating on this place. I guess everyone has bad days.
1. I ordered two quarts of Lo mein. I open my order at home and think to myself that the containers look small. I looked at the bottom and it clearly says 24oz. The Lo mein was also mushy and bland
2. I was told I would get one pint of white rice with my veggie order. The container appears to be half of that. I sound cheap whining about white rice, but I planned on the amount for my kids. It’s about the inconvenience of having to cook more rice at home.
3. The Honey chicken was a weird orange pile of dry chicken scraps and soggy fallen-off bits of fried mush like a poorly executed bloomin’ onion.
Sadness ensued for all parties involved.

I came in here tonight and let me tell you…THE BEST Chinese I’ve ever had!!! The lady working the front (think she runs the place?) is amazing! Very very kind, and works very hard. Thank you ma’am for such great service and serving amazing food! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!! I will for sure be back!! Food was soooooooooo goooodd!!!! I don’t know what their containers are made of… but we live 40 min away and it was still hot when we got home!!! If I had the money I’d eat here 3-4 times a wk!
