It’s becoming a trend at this location that when we place an online order, it’ll give us the typical pick up time being about 15-20 min wait (normal), but whenever we go to pick up at the window they claim it’ll be just a few more minutes and have us go park in a parking spot and say they’ll bring it out. Btw they don’t and will forget you’re even out there. Twice now this has happened and the pizza isn’t ready until another 30 minutes. Not sure if it’s the systems fault for giving a bad time or the employees negligence. Either way it’s gotten old and annoying. So I recommend if you want pizza and honesty on time it’ll be ready, go to Chicago’s Pizza or even Domino’s.

I love the hot honey pepperoni but I also like the crispness of the pepperoni itself and a lot of it. Shilo reccomended the pepperoni duo drizzled with hot honey, so that’s what I did. What a stellar reccomendation. It was phenomenal. I also had Shilo checking me out at the carryout window and she was kind and efficient. There were two cars in front of me and she checked both out super quick! I didn’t wait long at all! Excellent experience!

Food is always great at Donato’s. But what’s the point of ordering online & getting a pick up time (5:11) if they haven’t even put the pizza in the oven when we get there (was told “your order is going in now”)? Should not have to wait 25 minutes after pick up time (we actually left the parking lot at 5:37). Also, the place was definitely not busy. Got an apology which was nice, but i’ll never get those 25 minutes back or the $70.00 I spent on dinner for family game night. Sucks that this is the only pizza spot in town with gluten free crusts. I probably wouldn’t have even complained if the Donatos chain carried dairy free cheese, too. Not a good look.

Ahhhh!! I’ve been craving Donatos since they closed in Indy and I finally got my wish! The beef mariachi was even better than I remember it! The food was hot, the price was reasonable, the service was excellent and delivered quickly! Y’all are gonna get tired of seeing me since I live so close now Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

I love their ham and cheese sub. But it sure makes a difference on who makes it. Tonight I got one and it wasnt the best. Nothing was barely on it. Couple pieces of lettuce no onions etc. Bif this was my first one I would never get another one. Oh and wheres the meat?

Kyle did an amazing job!!! He was training someone new and followed up to make sure our order was put in correctly and then when the food came out he asked if everything looked good? He proceeded to check in on us frequently to make sure we were doing good and that we did not need anything. He offered us refills and to go boxes without us having to ask. Very efficient and polite! Kyle is a great person to have as a trainer and mentor!!!!! Awesome job Kyle and keep up the great work. You have a great attitude and mindset!!!! That will take you far in life!!!
