Great restaurant in the Joliet area. Service was great, drinks and food were delicious. Had a strawberry lemon drop very delicious and strong. The calamari could’ve been better. The wedge salad and new york steak was great. The pasta was lemony which I love. The short rib with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese was amazing. Our server also brought us a complimentary chocolate cake for my mom’s birthday. The restaurant is small inside but feels very personable and cozy.

2/19/26 4:00pm. BEWARE OF THIS MONEY PIT!! The waitress that waited on us stereo typed us the minute we sat down! She obviously didn’t recognize who we were!!! We asked her about the $52 special and she says just so you know that meal is cash or credit. Okkkkkk, how else would we pay??? So, we decided on the shrimp scampi. It was awful a watered down garlic type of soup with 6 shrinp! The Italians would be disappointed! This overated meal was over $100 cash or credit ha, ha, ha!!! Casino took $2000 in one hour and resraurant is serving bogus meals for over $100. Wait and go to the Laurel Lounge at 4pm! The picture with the carrots potatoes and fish was from the VIP room! Its so much better and complimentary! STOP catering to this madness. Cesars has been failing as a whole for at least 2 years or so around the world. We are high status and this is suppose to be a fun secluded getaway not a annoying battle!

Overall, a delightful experience. Stacey was our server the entire night and she did a fantastic job, with all of her recommendations on point.
The food was extremely flavorful. We started with the French Onion Soup and the Wedge Salad. The only qualm I had with these too is that I wish the soup had more onion in it. It was a lot of broth. Nonetheless, it was full of flavor.
Both of our entrees were impeccable. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and the lobster ravioli was to die for. They even gave us a free dessert for celebrating our marriage.
In a comfortable corner of a casino, we found delight in the service and comfort provided by The Reserve. Well done!

The food was delicious! We had the boneless ribeye, brussel sprouts, crab cakes, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & triple layer chocolate cake for dessert. Our server was Karen & she was great. She was attentive without being overbearing and very friendly. The ribeye, brussel sprouts and crab cakes are always a must have for us!

We were rather disappointed with our experience. Our table was positioned quite close to another couple, allowing us to overhear their conversation and making us feel quite confined. At one point, I bumped elbows with the person at the other table. The food was merely satisfactory; the steak, which we had anticipated with great excitement due to its reputation, lacked significant flavor, and we’ve had better ones at chain restaurants, which is disappointing. We did not find it to be a good value for the cost. However, we must commend the service, which was genuinely pleasant and attentive. We decided to try your restaurant, spent more than we felt was justified, and will not be returning.

Nicaela was my server and she was so pleasant to be around. She was prompt, attentive and downright charming. She made me feel right at home but didn’t let me forget that the night was for me to relax and enjoy a good meal. If you’re looking for a good laugh and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like you’re right where you belong ask for Nicaela, she won’t disappoint! I honestly don’t know what I enjoyed more, Nicaela’s fantastic energy or the mouth-watering Chicken Mattone. But what I do know is, I left with a full belly and an unforgettable experience.

You get an old fashioned Vegas lounge vibe when you walk in. It’s nice. Not a 5, but nice.
I started with lobster bisque, delicious and creamy with little chunks of meat. Mmmmm. I dove right in to the prime rib, it was tender and perfectly seasoned. ( as you can tell by the photo I had already eaten a third of it before I remembered to take the photo, I apologize;) ) We had mashed potatoes and roasted carrots to complement the entree. The drink I had with dinner was good.
I enjoyed the coffee with my crème brûlée.
Even though I enjoyed the meal, I’m really having a hard time battling how I feel about the prices here. But overall, I have to say it was worth it. It was very good.

It’s so much fun here! It has the Ambiance of The Rat Pack. It is very reminiscent of the old times with friends and family from my youth. Beautiful songs and music. Chef made up a pasta dish for my vegetarian friend.
I like the Reserve Salad. It is a pretty salad. I like the soups. They are flexible with food allergy substitutions. The waitress informed the chef for me about my nut allergy. The food is very tasty. Beautiful dreams are made here.
