Are you looking for real Italian homemade Restaurant? You just found it.

I have visited Marola’s trattoria many times, every time I find something better… All the Antipasto are so tasty, the Lasagna is unbelievable, the Cesar salad is just perfect, the freshness of garlic bread, Salmon… Yummy… And a very good selection of wines… I highly recommend you visit this place, I’m sure everybody would agree with me.

Went there 2 years ago and the food was amazing. Yesterday I brought three friends there expecting the same amazing food and quality What a disaster. The management and chef are clearly different. The food was awful and the waiter was inexperienced (really clueless). First clue was that the restaurant was empty last night. I would never return and you should not either. This was like getting cheap sauce from a jar or frozen grocery store food. Not worth it. Stay away.

I never write reviews for anything and had such a bad experience I figured I would write one to hopefully stray others from the disappointment. Marola’s WAS one of my all time favorite restaurants to eat at because of the GREAT authentic Italian food as well as some of the most attentive staff I’ve ever had from a restaurant. I hadn’t gone in about a year and came back tonight and noticed EVERYTHING was different. All new ownership, very unprofessional staff and very bland food! We made dinner reservations on Valentine’s Day for 8:30 and called to let them know we were running 10 minutes late. They said no problem and we got there at 8:40 to them greeting us by speaking in Spanish to each other (not knowing that we also spoke Spanish) asking if they should seat us because they close at 9 on Valentine’s Day. That was the first of many red flags that ran us out of there with 90% of our meals in to go boxes.

This is a nice sit-down Italian restaurant with your typical Italian menu. Service is good and the place has a nice cozy atmosphere. The reason I only getting 3 stars is 1 out of my 3 dining experiences there was bad. I got a piece of lasagna that was extremely dry and leathery on the top.

Easily one of the best Italian restaurants i’ve ever visited for the price. Very fair pricing, atmosphere is warm and cozy. The only downside is it’s a little hard to find the entrance to get inside to enjoy the great food, but once you find you’re way in, the high quality of the restaurant speaks for itself!

This has got to be one of the worst restaurant we’ve ordered from. The food was not fit to eat, I actually threw my meal out. Don’t waste your money on this place (and it’s quite expensive to start with). You’ll probably get better Italian food from the frozen section at the grocery store. The food does not have any taste and it looks and taste like it all came from a can. It’s safe to say that I had a bad experience with this place! p.s. I don’t usually write reviews, this is probably my first!

This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Not just Italian but any restaurant. I go out to restaurants at least twice a week and this is the first review I have written. The dinner started out fine. When we sat down we were served garlic and regular rolls which were very good. That is where it ended! The minestrone soup was just OK. After serving our entrees we never saw the waiter again. My wife ordered a salad with her veal francese and she never received it. When she ate the veal she spit it out immediately and said it was spoiled. I agreed after tasting it.My chicken francese was also terrible. It tasted nothing like chicken francese and had an unpleasent taste to it. I also did not eat this dinner. The fried calamari tasted like it was fried in old oil, another dinner that did not get eaten. After sitting there for at least 30 minutes the waiter finally came over and we told him the veal dinner was not good, he just said he would take it off the bill and apologized that he didn’t come over sooner because he was short handed. The waiter was very nice but that excuse is unacceptable in any restaurant. He never offered anything extra for the poor service and food we received. I have never written a review about a restaurant but the food was so terrible I had critique it. Stay away.

When my wife and I want to go out just the two of of for a romantic dinner, Marola’s is our number one destination. The ambiance, service, and food are excellent.

May 2017: this place is still lovely.

The biz partner and I had an occasion wherein we needed the appropriate setting. It was half pitch, half appreciation, and all heartfelt. The environment had to meet the fare, the service and ambiance had to be just right…

SCORE!

Our client / friends suggested this place.

Of course I scoped it online before arrival, and was I glad I did, here’s why:
* The Garlic Bread is as advertised, very garlic-ious!
* The Prosciutto wrapped pears with Marscapone cheese are the bee’s knees! Total MUST HAVE. Don’t visit without trying them.
* I enjoyed the Salmon Special, a lil salty but I ate e’ry bit, with veggies and roasted potatoes

The proprietor is friendly, knowledgeable, and endearing without being annoying. And he bought us a bottle of wine, so that rocked!

The service was exemplary. Small, cozy, quiet, intimate, and delish. The secret is still safe, for now, so try the joint soon before it BLOWS UP!

Great night, awesome place, wonderful food. Close by.

I shall be back.

Cabeza OUT!
