Woof. Food was *okay* but the prices! Holy moly. I ordered over the phone for pick up, then the whole ride home I was like “He must have accidentally charged me for a large or something.” so I checked the website… Nope. That’s the price. Regular sized, two topping pizza and a can of Bubly over $17 including taxes.

This was a sad experience. I ordered 3 Italians. The lady on the phone repeated my order correctly. I told them my mom would pick up by 530 (1/2 hour later) 2 of the 3 subs were made incorrectly (1 with onions and requested not to due to allergy purposes) The 3rd has so much tuna on the the bread completely broke and extra tuna was not requested. When called the lady said she made them personally and were made correctly and called my mother a liar. 2 of the 3 were completely incorrect and the 3rd was disgusting. The lady was more than rude. We went in the next day and was told to bad there’s nothing that can be done. $40 worth of Italians and $40 worth of trash. Never again. This is sad. If you don’t like your job get a new one.

Sausage parmesan sub was good, service was robotic. I couldn’t believe that they don’t refill fountain sodas unless you pay full price for a second one! I thought the lady was joking at first. Never heard of this nickel-and-diming before. Based on that, I won’t be going back (and I left a tip on my original order, too!). 🙁

It’s a very dirty place in general. We stopped randomly after being in the area. I took my kids to wash hands in the bathroom after we ordered and was really grossed out by how dirty and dingy it was. Very out dated, broken services, visible dirt build up, smelly.
The Person who took our order looked like they had some kind of rash and their skin was peeling off, flakes everywhere. I understand everyone has issues, I tried not to let that bother me, but then I found a nasty wire-like gray hair in my sandwich, mixed right into the chicken salad and after seeing the people who served it to me I wanted to be sick. Stopped eating immediately, won’t ever go back. Absolutely disgusting.

Every time I call they know my whole order & even when o go to another place the lady knows my name or my kids and knows the order I get and always makes sure all my fixings like mustard parm cheese and garlic butter and pickles are in the bag and it’s just the little things I love this location always fresh and hot

Only had the Italian ham sandwich. Tasty. Fresh bread. No complaints. Made to order. Lots of veggies. Menu is quite extensive and the price was great.

I had the pleasure of meeting Madi and Fadumo this evening and wow these lovely women are incredibly hardworking! Even with sweat on their brows they greeted everyone with the warmest smiles.
When I walked into the store it was just the two of them managing everything. Despite dealing with some impatient customers they handled it all with professionalism and grace.
This place is lucky to have them. TRUE earth angels delivering A1 service. They definitely left a lasting impression.
