Gave us the wrong pizza and didn’t apologize on the phone or in person when we drove back to pick up our original order from 15 minutes away. They also forgot our dipping sauce both on the original and fixed order. Also had us return the wrong pizza which felt weird?

Bro inside didn’t speak a lick of English and did not cut the pizza at all, it was completely ruined, were from out of town so it’s not like we can just run home and use our own pizza cutter, this completely ruined our dinner and we’re out 20 dollars. I called demanding a refund and he pretended like he couldn’t understand what I was saying using very broken English and when I asked him for his name so I could speak to his manager and give the manager his name he kept repeating what I said instead of answering my question. Will be calling corporate and raising this issue above their head. I expect my refund and I will get it, you’re not ripping me off Sir. (Called to speak with the store manager in the morning and a Hispanic woman who also did not speak English after I asked to speak to the store manager said “Do not stay here” and I said “your store manager does not stay there? Let me speak to your store manager.” And she said “no manager sorry” and hung up.) Now I’m calling corporate.

HORRIBLE! My husband waited an additional 30 minutes after he was told his order was ready only to receive the absolute worst excuse for pizza. There was no crust on the entire middle. Just cheese and sauce on the cardboard box.

It was an overall terrible experience, when I first walked in the facility I felt unwelcome and was not greeted properly at all. Next, I ordered a chicken Alfredo bread bowl and I found a piece of pineapple in it which I am also allergic to. I would never recommend this site.

I ordered delivery, and it was crazy fast. I got scared for a second because I thought someone was pranking me or going to kidnap me. The delivery guy turned out to be super nice, and I was shocked how fast he arrived. The pizza was very good! It was stuffed with toppings and very cheesy. I ordered an X-Large (16 inches) Brooklyn Style pizza with extra cheese tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and pineapple. I was so glad they added a lot of pineapple. The more, the better!

First of all Shoutout to the cook cause my pizza taste amazing. The crust wasn’t fat and it wasnt thin either. It was the perfect size. And the right about of garlic on crust. The chicken taste good too but this pizza taste like it was cooked with love!! Lol. I reached about 8pm. The location was kinda tricky to find but it was worth it.

My experiences in the past with Dominos have been poor, in two key areas. One, delivery time, and two, screwing up the order, particularly adding mushrooms when the order said NO mushroom several times.
However, I digress. The food was hot, and the delivery was prompt, rather then the norm of waiting several hours, or having to call up asking where my food was, or contacting customer service because they screwed the order up. Although the delivery charge was eight bucks plus an optional tip this is definitely a step in the right direction, and I may order more often. Kudos to the manager.
