I was incredibly shocked with my experience at this place. This place is a MUST TRY! We ordered a large Nashville Hot Cheesestake, Pizza Cheesesteak, and loaded tater tots. The first thing we noticed was how absolutely massive and stuffed our cheesesteaks were! These pictures don’t do the sizing justice. The last picture shows how we couldn’t even finish our food because the portions were huge! The next thing we noticed was how flavorful and delicious the food was. It was better tasting than we imagined. All of the flavors blend so well together, especially the loaded tater tots with the sauce! The cook and the server were so kind, always offering us utensils and asking us if we needed boxes or sauces to go with our food. The place looks very clean and handled with care (also smells delicious, haha). I can’t believe we never tried this place sooner. I highly highly highly recommend‼️ (for 2 large sandwiches, loaded tater tots with sauce, drinks, and a tip, it came up to $32, and that’s with leftovers!)

We ordered from here for the first time today and it will be the last. The “gentleman” who answered the phone was rude right off the bat. It seemed to be an inconvenience to him that we were placing a some what large order. Upon picking up this order the guy at the counter again was rude and acted as though we were wasting his time. When we sat down to eat the food quality was terrible. Sandwiches were small with next to no filling. As if they put the smallest amount of meat and toppings they could get away with. And I can only assume the oil that is used in the fryers hasn’t been changed in a while as the fries and taters were so bad we threw them all away. For the money we paid for this order (well over $100) we felt ripped off and will never eat at this establishment again.

The original steak and hoagies in Parma made me the best steak sandwich I ever had. My man Wil is the best he will make you a bomb sandwich and their vegan sandwiches are great also. Give them a try you’ll love it!!!

Order wrong, awful long wait, same person taking money and preparing food with same hand which I’m pretty sure is a health code violation. Prices way too high for such a small sandwich.

This was my first time visiting this location and it was quite disappointing. I’ve been to other locations (Twinsburgh and Fairlawn) and was blown away with the food. Maybe they’ve all changed or maybe this place does things differently but they didn’t even chop up the meat, just laid it in the bun like a hamburger patty. Also, what they call a “large” is pretty small compared with other sandwich shops. Their small must be served on a dinner roll.

Where to begin?! It was not busy on the inside. However, there was one person working the entire restaurant, the owner, Frank, who greeted us and said he would be right with us. When he was ready, he took my order. I asked if it was possible to make the steak like the BBQ chicken, he said sure! Talk about heaven!!! Delicious!!! BBQ boneless wings were juicy!!!

A good idea in need of more tweaking and better execution. The place appears to be short staffed and that increases the wait time for the food to reach the table. The food is well prepped and not too greasy but the bread is doughy and stale. It does feel like the joint is more geared towards take out orders. Hardly any atmosphere at all, none of the tables were occupied, the music was way too loud and it was too cold in the restaurant. Minor changes here and there can significantly improve the experience.

We are from NY, and looked up a sub place for a Cheesesteak sub! It was by far the best service from the owner and the cheesesteak sub was the best we’ve ever had! Thank you again we will be back when we are back in town!

First time going to this restaurant.
The cheese steak was good, the onions rings had a spicy seasoning and extremely salty, they came with a very spicy mayonnaise (not a fan) did not care for the mayonnaise sauce it had an off taste.
The loaded fries came with bacon bits and cheese sauce they would have been tasty however I suspect someone’s hand was way too heavy on the salt shake.
I think the fries would have been more tasty naked with no salt and maybe a splash of malt vinegar.
Over all the cost was roughly 10$ more than other cheese steak shops
Are the sammiches better for that 10$ dollar difference, nah not for me.
Overall too salty, too expensive and not worth a second chance.
2☆’s for the cheese steak good size had just the right amount of chopped steak n cheese mixture.

My husband ordered a cheesesteak and fries and loved them! The service was fantastic, but the atmosphere in the restaurant was somewhat lacking. The music was much too loud, and it was freezing cold inside, despite it being nearly 50 degrees outside. This would be a fantastic place for take-out, but I would not recommend dining in.
