The lingua (7.5) in the lingua Street tacos was very tender with reasonable seasoning but no where near the amount of flavor as the El pastor in the street tacos. One of the top 5 El pastor (8.2) I have had. Carna asada was also very solid with good seasoning and tender (8.1) the street tacos has a slice of avocado which I love. The hot sauce they brought was very fresh taste great and very balanced flavor and seasoning. The salsa that came with the chips was very fresh and good flavor. Was Mild though. Service was very good even though being busy.

Great authentic local Mexican. West Liberty has a strong latenex community and they are very proud of serving amazing Mexican food. This place is very family, very basic, very affordable and very good! Try the Hot Fajitas if you like spice! Don’t forget to end with the fried ice cream if you like sweet!

If you are a trucker looking for food because you’re waiting forever at plant. Don’t come here. Im guessing ppl around here have little experience with good Mexican food. Zero percent of the food had flavor. The rice beans chicken nada,it’s like they just cooked with water. Sad 20+ dollars and still hungry. And what Mexican place doesn’t give any salsa and chips in Togo bag. At least I could’ve maybe enjoyed that. Quite possibly te worst food ever.

Have eaten here a couple of times and know will be there much more. Food excellent. We used to drive to Musatine but prices were increasing and long wait time for ordering there. Here very affordable and food the same or much better. Can be slow at times but always so pleasant. Strongly recommend. Always believe need to eat somewhere 2-3 times before can judge everything.

El Patio is a nice small town Tex-Mex restaurant, one of several in a town with a large Hispanic population. Good food. Friendly service. And pretty impressive individually painted tables and chairs with scenes evocative of Mexico. Staff is limited, so service can sometimes be a little slow, and occasionally one or more menu items might not be available. But you’ll always get a tasty meal at a very reasonable price. Ironically, El Patio does not have a patio: indoor service only.

When you gotta go, you gotta go, so I stopped in here for a quick pit stop on my delivery route for the night. Staff were very helpful & friendly, taking my to go order, fulfilling it quickly, and welcoming me back with my family when I had more time. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

I must have hit them at a bad time as it just wasn’t that great fajitas or service this afternoon. Certainly not up to other reviews and not what I was hoping for. El Sol fajitas in Solon were MUCH better a week ago.
