Absolutely outstanding food—every dish was memorable and full of character.
山东炒鸡: Deeply aromatic and comforting, with layers of savory spice that feel hearty and authentic. The chicken was tender and perfectly infused with flavor—this is soul food done right.
跳脚牛肉: Bold, fiery, and addictive. The heat is exciting but balanced, with fragrant spices that keep you going back for “just one more bite.” A must-order for spice lovers.
金沙排骨: Pure indulgence. Crispy ribs coated in rich, golden salted egg yolk—savory, creamy, and crunchy all at once. Easily one of the best 金沙 dishes I’ve had.
酸辣土豆丝: Refreshing and perfectly balanced—crisp potato shreds with just the right punch of sour and heat. A simple dish executed flawlessly.
From technique to seasoning, every plate shows care and confidence. Cubist Circle delivers authentic flavors with finesse, and this lineup alone is reason enough to return again and again. Highly recommended.

Great spot in Weymouth for dumplings, sushi and drinks, all delicious. All reasonably priced. Will be back to try more on the menu!

This is a hidden gem. They have authentic Szechuan dishes. The dumplings are homemade. You can taste the Quality in it. The fish in Mandarin sauce was amazing. The tuna taco was fresh and crispy. The gray short rib was so tender and favorful. The winter rose was scrumptious. The Dan Dan noodles was so soft and spicy. The fried rice was good. The rice roll in brown sugar was sweet and soft. It’s pricey, but worth every penny. Staff was so helpful and nice. Definitely will be back

I love their food! The pork ribs are amazing.
Edited 2024. I used to love to go there, dine in and carry out. Their service and food went downhill badly!! Food price went up, ok I understand. But waiting for food for more than 1 hour?! My husband ordered the carryout, went there 20 minutes later, food was not ready. He waited another 50 minutes until food is ready. Bad service!!! How can you ignore your customer like that. We will no longer go there. You just lost a loyal customer.

The newest Szechuan restaurant in Weymouth. A true authentic of Szechuan style food. The food and service were excellent. The interior is fresh and clean and decorated in a minimalist style. The tables and chairs are very comfortable. You’re presented with a lovely cold bottle of water with lemon upon seating. The menu is a great variety of specialty dishes. There is a separate menu for the sushi and drinks. We had the Spicy pepper Chicken, Mapo tofu and scallion pancake. Everything was wonderful. We are definitely coming back soon to explore many of their other dishes. We were then delighted with a complimentary Milk Tea Jelly, which was beautifully presented on a tray where you get to assemble the dessert on your own. I or we both highly recommend this restaurant to all who can take the spicy style of food.
9/3/2020: Our 2nd visit for my Birthday and celebrated with a few other dishes. The Green Beans with minced pork were perfection as was the Twice Cooked Pork. However the Spicy Pork Ribs were INCREDIBLE… The chef also started off our perfect mean with a non menu item Hot & Sour Soup, which was stellar!!!
We’re already figuring out the next trips choices.
Keep up the great work!!!

This place is so odd. Food is generally ok but nothing I couldn’t live without, menu is very confusing. I wish they could simplify things. There are so many empty cold roims. It has the vibe of an abandon hospital. It’s freezing inside though I can’t imagine how they could possibly heat that space. Staff is super nice plenty of parking. It used to be an American style Chinese restaurant which was really the best option for the awkward space. It used to be great and exactly what that part of town needed a fun karaoke place w good food but it’s a totally different place now. I don’t love anything about it but I would say the dumplings are good, the pork and mustard green rice also good

We order from here all the time, there’s food you can’t find in many other restaurants and it’s always fresh. We love the salt & pepper wings, Dan Dan noodles, fried rice, dumplings, long pepper beef. However, lately the food hasn’t been as consistent – sometimes the noodles taste burned or too spicy, and the pepper beef is sometimes delicious but sometimes so spicy we can’t even eat it. We will keep ordering and hopefully the consistency comes back as it’s one of our favorite places!

I got take out so can’t speak to the service or atmosphere. I order take out from here a lot since it is close to my job but today I got the 水煮鸡肉- hot sauce chicken- it is supposed to come with cabbage, that is the whole reason I got it. The dish ended up having 2 pieces of small cabbage and then it was all filled with bean sprouts. It also has no distinctive taste, does not taste like Sichuan food at all. It all salty and MSG. I am extremely disappointed, I want my money back. It’s too bad, I will never order from here again. The photo below is all the cabbage I got.

This restaurant is huge and has a tone of seating. The design inside is pretty cool too. Very bright and a lot of open seating. Very large selection on the menu.
The mala dry pot was a bit too salty. There were a lot of things included in it but it doesn’t show on the menu! I wish you had the option to select what goes in.
The spicy wontons and Dan Dan noodles were the best thing I had at dinner. the spicy wontons itself were a bit lacking in flavor but with the sauce it’s pretty good. Dan Dan noodles were very favorable but missing a bit of cucumber.
String beans were pretty good but could be a bit more crispy. I do want to try their sushi and other dishes in the future.

So we came here for my son‘s 22nd birthday, the restaurant was empty and there were only four people sitting at the bar. We decided to come because the reviews were so good. So we became a little worried about the quality of the food. So we sat in the bar area and we ordered two drinks a blue Hawaiian and a circle my Thai( spelling) they were so strong I couldn’t even finish mine. We ordered the pan fried and steamed Dumplins, The spicy combo the regular combo in the tricolor platter of sushi, everything was delicious. If you are looking for presentation of food this is not the place to come. The atmosphere is l nothing to look at, it looks like they are still working on the interior. I don’t think we will dine in again but we would definitely do takeout.
