As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Tonight I had a delicious dinner and truly enjoyed the experience. I was served by a gentleman with a beautiful face, white hair and a white beard. His service was absolutely perfect—so patient, so kind, and his smile made everything even better. Five stars for this place . I love their burgers and the fries are amazing… but tonight the excellent service completed the experience. Congratulations!

Ordered a fully loaded fries and ask for no bacon. The cashier at the time said they weren’t allowed to do that. Baffled but I continued to place my order. Long story short . The “Fully loaded fries” were terrible and the burgers were cold. Unacceptable in every way

OMG, the most sad Big Buford burger ever! It was the size of a cheeseburger. The meat was so old and dry, and the mayo had the consistency of milk. Trashed it after 3 bites. McDonald’s gives you a hot burger. Mine was not even warm.The napkins were semi-balled up, like used tissues. So sad. This was the last time I’m eating at this Checkers, and I live within walking distance.

I’m not the one to risk anyone’s job but the service I received from here on my last visit was the worse I’ve seen in fast food. This young lady in this photo HATES her job and she had no issue showing it to the customer. Extremely rude, kept huffing and puffing, yelling out the window as I’m waiting on my food complaining about how many cars keep pulling up in the driveway and it was only 2am when this location closes at 4am. The staff didn’t have any rhythm at all of trying to push the food out to the customers. The lead for the night was cursing out loud being completely unprofessional.10 mins went by and everyone avoid coming back to the window and the lead member finally came and said “why are you still here”. I waited for my food for almost 20 mins as they huffed puffed complained and totally neglected servicing the guest and delivering food to the guest. It’s checkers I come to this location all the time and I don’t expect 5 start steakhouse experience at fast food but what I saw with my own eyes, these associates should not be handling people’s food, it’s scary and distasteful that people work for a job and don’t actually want to work and complain Infront of the customers out loud ! The only person that was working was the older woman who doesn’t speak much English but literally was the only one working hard.

Terrible customer service. This employee was rude to my wife. He also had straws in his mouth while prepping the food and talking to customers (disgusting). When I confronted the shift manager about it, she defended the employee and took almost an hr to give me the store managers info. Only to find that she gave me fake information. I feel bad for Olivia the store manager. She deserves better. This is possibly the worst Checkers in S. Florida.
