My fish sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for a while. It was lukewarm and chewy. My husband ordered one as well, and his was freshly made and he said it was great. Our fries weren’t freshly made, either. We were on the road so really didn’t have time to turn around and have them remake our food, and after all, we did expect it to be fresh since this is what they do all day every day. And isn’t that what we should expect?

I’m almost positive the employees are not capable of multitasking in the drive thru. It’s impossible for them to take an order, and have another car at their window waiting to pay and get there food. It must also be a difficult task to put the sandwiches together; lettuce goes ON the sandwich and NOT on the outside of the top bun or what looks like they just threw it on the wrapper.

I started out with very high hopes the young lady that was at the cash register was phenomenal took my order read everything back to me everything she was supposed to do even got the cups to us expeditiously and then it went downhill I had expected to have a very good lunch had a very good price due to the fact that they had the buy one get one but what I actually got was buy one get something in edible and I know that the young lady that put that on the button knew that it was unable you can tell just by looking at it I truly hope that you find out this young lady’s name and explain to her that she is in the hospitality industry it is literally her job to make people happy and she definitely did not do that

Very satisfied every time we go here and we like to visit often. We used to grab takeout, but recently with the hot temps we’ve been dining inside. It’s a nice atmosphere and everyone who works there is clean and neat looking and polite.

The store was so hot and smoke filled from the broiler you were cooler outside. I don’t know how the poor staff is working in these conditions if it’s unbearable in the lobby I can’t imagine how miserable it is in the back.
