Typically, I get a hold of a manager and just let them know that I think their employee needs a little bit more training, but I can’t get a hold of a manager so now I’m gonna leave a review. Sienna failed to make the sandwiches to go correctly and didn’t even put the salami in the dang sandwich that’s crazy one of the easiest sandwiches ever and you failed to put the salami on there. Gotta do better guys. This shit is not cheap.

Buy a footlong and it says double meat for 3.00, employee doesn’t know how to ring it up so charges me 1.50 per type of meat so adds 7.50 + tax. 20 something for a sandwich I have to pay extra cause you didn’t train your employees.

If I ever figure out how to get a hold of somebody at corporate, one I’m going to let them know about the supply chain and the supplies are the lack thereof that these locations now currently have one delivery every 1 to 2 weeks. They are always out of something 1,2,4,or 6 items it doesn’t matter. The fact that the person behind the counter does not know how to operate the register for something you’ve already gotten at this establishment two or three times just blows my mind And would be better off closed and removed from this location.

I’m not one to leave a bad review. However, today was my second time at this establishment. The first time I was waiting 10 minutes before being told by a pilot employee that they weren’t open bc of staffing, which was a common occurrence per this individual. I totally get that it’s challenging to staff nowadays. Second time, giving benefit of doubt, my son and I were subject to terrible customer service by their associate who was the only one on staff with a line, a mile long. This made a terrible impression that it isn’t the associates fault but the GM for mismanagement. Where is the individual who is supposed to run/manage this establishment? As a manager, you likely should internalize why you can’t keep staff on payroll. Be present to support your staff or you’ll continue to have none. We won’t be back and will continue to patron the Buckner Subway where the service is always exceptional.

Garbage service. They were out of condiments, both ladies making sandwiches were rude and didnt seem to like getting the same tone back. What ever they are being paid is to much for their lack of skills.

Me and my family were eating after coming back from a park and when we told the worker 5 sandwiches were going to be ordered, the reaction was negative. The worker Will even rolled his eyes and one point, and it was pretty disrespectful.

It’s polite to greet your customers with a smile or at least an acknowledgement I’m standing there, but yesterday morning wasn’t one of those times. She didn’t want to be there, and it showed. The sandwich was half full, and if she could move any slower she would be going backwards. I know it’s hard to find help, but if nobody wants to work it’s time to pay more. I wont be wasting my money here again as much as I like Subway.
