Extremely impressed! I know Eugene has no shortage of excellent food carts and this place is no exception. I’ll very much have to return to try the rest of the menu, but if you had to choose one thing, get the ruben! Best ruben I’ve had, hands down. Perfect pastrami, perfect crunch of the rye, and a very generous amount of quality kraut. Very obviously made by a chef who cares about his food and his customers. Great eats.

It’s a food cart, and generally I’m partial to food truck/carts as they often are awesome. The cheeseburger was good, although the sauce on it wasn’t my favorite. Steak fries were good but only got a few with my order. Will definitely eat here again.

Came to Eugene for my Daughter’s school field trip and decided to have lunch when we were done. Absolutely glad I saw this place when I was looking for places on Google. Hands down one of the best burgers I have had. My fiancee went with the sweet pulled pork sandwich and has been raving about it since we left. Thank you for the great food!

5 stars all around 10/10 recommend! Not only is the food INCREDIBLE, the amount of homemade sauces, sides, batter etc is amazing! The service is impeccable for a one man show and pricing is VERY appropriate, if not under priced to be completely honest. My coworkers and I really enjoy this restaurant and go there often!

The Tie-Dyed Chef is one of my absolute go-to food trucks in Eugene! The burgers and brisket are delicious, and the Reuben sandwich is simply the best in Eugene. Don’t even get me started on the milkshakes! And if the scrumptious food wasn’t enough, Lonnie is a super friendly and highly accommodating host, not only to his human customers, but he is a true dog lover and can frequently be seen tossing meaty morsels to his canine visitors. Do yourself a favor, check out The Tie-Dyed Chef ASAP!!

The name definitely delivered on expectations. The chef was indeed wearing tie dye. Cool guy that cares about his food. The turkey sandwich I had was awesome. Tons of meat and mayonnaise, just like I like. This was my first food experience in Eugene and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend you check this place out!

Delicious Mushroom Swiss burger and one of the best Pulled Pork sandwiches I have ever tried. The Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad were perfect sides with the food. The Tie Dye Chef is super friendly and cares about his quality and how the food tastes. We will absolutely be back for more and can’t wait to try other items on the menu.

I ordered a turkey cold sandwich and it was PHENOMENAL! he asked me questions through the window while he made it to make sure it was exactly what i wanted! if i looked up “best sandwich ever” in the dictionary, a photo of this sandwhich would pop up. A must for your lunch break!

Excellent food truck. Picnic table nearby. Nice potato salad and hot Ham and cheese. Kids options. 3 kinds of cheese used giving sandwich a good flavor. Enjoyed talking to the proprietor.

Amazing BBQ sandwiches!! We got a pulled chicken bap and a pulled pork bap and they were both delicious. Brilliant portion sizes and great value!! I couldn’t recommend this place more, the chef was so nice and made the experience even better – an absolute must visit in Eugene!
