Unfortunately, my visit here was pretty disappointing. I arrived for lunch around 12:15 p.m. and was the only customer in the restaurant. Two employees were busy washing windows, and I stood at the counter for a while before anyone came to take my order. When someone finally came out from the back and asked, “What can I get you?” the lack of energy and the empty atmosphere already left a poor first impression.
The burger itself was good, but the fries were a big letdown. For $5.19, the portion was surprisingly small and nothing like the generous servings I remember from Five Guys years ago. There weren’t any extra fries in the bag, just the small portion shown in my photo.
Overall, between the unwelcoming vibe and the skimpy fries, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Usually a hit or miss. My burger came caked with ketchup and mustard, and I confirmed twice that I did not want ketchup, mustard, or mayo. Burger also had mushrooms, which was only supposed to be on my hotdog…Would recommend checking customized orders before leaving the store.

Ordered ahead got there order is on the counter and the fries were never made. Waited 13 minutes for the fries so my better was cold and had no char. Worst burger I have ever had from five guys. Will never go to this location again. Hire more staff. One guy running the show is unacceptable.

Five Guys offers fresh, delicious, no fuss burgers. They are really generous with their fries and always fill the bottom of my bag with a whole other serving of extra fries!
I love that the grill is within eyeview because they have nothing to hide. Good old fashion burger with great toppings to choose from. The price is a little up there (28 bucks for 2 burgers 1 large fries and a drink.) But it’s totally worth it for those times when you crave a juicy burger and delicious cajun fries.
This location is clean, staff are friendly and patient and there’s plenty of seating even with social distancing and closed off sections.

This is probably the 2nd time I’ve ever eating at 5 guys. I still think yall are expensive as hell, but the customer service and burger that I got from Amanda was awesome. She made my burger with love. Yall need to give her a raise!

This use to be a great place to go. They have gotten so cheap with the portion of French fries. They abandoned using a cup for a small fry bag. Too expensive for what they give. Never waste my money there again!

Was very pleasantly surprised. My first time at a Five Guys burgers and fries. Was much more than I expected. Bacon cheese burger was made to order fresh right in front of me. Not frozen or premade and waiting on a warmer. Also tasted like better meat. Definitely thicker patties. Fries were also fresh. Thicker cut than a fast food place. Taster as well. Soda was bottomless from a fountain. Serve yourself. Really surprising thing was free peanuts. Fill cup and take to your table. The atmosphere was designed to look like old 50s malt shoppe. Was overall a really good experience and a tasty filling meal. Was more pricey than a fast food restaurant, but was also way above those quality wise. Would definitely go again. Recommend giving it a try if you haven’t yet.

I ordered my food inside. Left a tip and everything for them and they get my order wrong and when I try to call back at 9:43 (is the first time I tried calling) and no one has answered the phone. What a great place huh… WRONG. Terrible and I want my money back! You can clearly see that I did not order a cheeseburger… yet there is cheese on my burger.

Nyjari is an employee at this specific Five Guys. She was courteous, respectful and welcoming. The food was fresh, and the service was phenomenal. As a person who loves french fries and cheeseburgers and good milkshakes I have been to a lot of five guys. I thought it was important to acknowledge this specific store, specifically this employee who made my family’s overall experience one that was enjoyable. I have communicated to friends and family that if they are in this area and want a bite to eat make sure that they go to this Five Guys.
