I used to eat from this domino’s all the time but it has definitely went down hill. I placed a online order and they trashed it I guess. So when I called and asked where my pizza was because it said it was delivered the person said it must have been delivered somewhere else and they would re cook it. So 10 min later I get 60 dollars of the worst cooked pizza I have ever seen. The driver didn’t even come to my door just dropped it off and left. Do not get pizza from this place. After all this time and bad reviews still haven’t been reached out to after 500 views. Whoever is running this place needs to step up or step aside. I still have not ordered from here and will continue to leave my glorious review as the first thing everyone sees when they hope to order from this place.

Very disappointed after i had just given an outstanding review a few weeks earlier. I had ordered 2 pizzas today, 1st one was made right but extremely light on toppings but it had the correct toppings….2nd order was completely wrong. It was to be xcheese, beef, black olives, cheddar cheese, mushroom and steak…. instead it was cheese, black olives, sausage, and cheddar cheese. I dont eat sausage, there was no mushrooms or steak. I was extremely disappointed. This was in Canton nc on 10/19 @ 3:23 pm

There is no place when ordering online to give direction about how to make your order. 32 piece bread bites don’t come with any sauces for the price. You have to pay extra for that. The pizza maker doesn’t really know how to make a pizza. I ordered a pan pizza, so toppings should go all the way to the edge. As you can see from my picture, my “Pan Pizza” has a crust! The cheese is in the middle of the pie with no cheese around the edge, creating a crust. This order just proves why I usually don’t order ANYTHING from Domino’s!

Order from them just last week call tonight and after are pizza is show done called and canceled our order literally 2.8 miles from their location. Very rude no people skills forget to put the phone on hold while they’re talking crap to the manager. Then the manager will not talk to you on the phone and nor will they tell you who you need to talk to to go further up the chain

Forgot ever single sauce 7 total sauces and offered me 20% off next order on full price items. All while they are running a special for 50% of all regular price items. Literally the most incompetent people work here.
Also there was no garlic seasoning sauce on the crust of the hand tossed pizzas.
As a person that use to deliver pizzas myself in college I was responsible for wether each order had all of the items on the ticket. The delivery driver blamed the instore people for not putting the sauces in the bag… but it’s the delivery driver’s responsibility that all items are there before they leave the store.
Honestly my order should have been comped or I should have been given my next order free.

The website is awesome though tricky and specific when using coupons online when ordering. However if you come in there staff is friendly patient and helpful in navigation of the site. The employees are friendly and helpful inside. The delivery people needs tips people, they deserve it!
