I recently stopped in for a meal. Right away I was welcomed and greeted by the employees behind the counter. They were very helpful in helping me with deciding what I wanted. I was treated like I was the only customer there. The two gentlemen behind the counter, were very pleasant and respectful. I appreciated their work ethic.

I pick up sandwiches to go. They are typical Subway quality. Staff is friendly. Older building and area but always clean and taken care of.

I picked up dinner for my wife and I here and the Subway employee was very kind. Unfortunately, there were no carbonated beverages available when I arrived to pick up my order. I had to substitute the beverage I wanted for what they had in bottles or non carbonated, but the staff was nice and explained what was going on immediately.

Very slow, no restroom for customers, and very ignorant staff despite no customers, Very unwelcoming. Order was place over 30 minutes ago, order was not prepared or ready for pickup as it was displayed. Pickup order was begun to be prepared well after pickup time. Wouldn’t suggest ordering through any convince app and expect order to be ready upon your arrival

I do enjoy coming here to eat. I’ve always found this location to be very clean on the inside. The food is kept at a good cool temperature and tastes great. The parking lot is kinda small and they have a drive through. The location is right next to the Bergland Civic center. I do recommend coming here.

I rarely dine in when craving one of Subway’s terrific sub sandwiches, but prefer to pick it up. The interior is clean, but for some reason, the prospect of sitting in a booth and eating is not very exciting. Reader beware, however — my hesitancy to stay there and have a meal may be due to some strange personal quirk. I have gone in to order and found many people dining in, so clearly, my pick-up preference is not universal.
Your “cook” behind the counter is usually very nice and willing to help you make your way through an order, but I don’t feel that management (or the company) spends a great deal of time training employees the value of above average customer service.
Fountain drinks are good, but something in a bottle is usually better.
Subway’s new menu is excellent, and if you are like me, you will find staff happy to prepare an older menu favorite for you. ( Mine is the tuna on the herb and cheese bread, with a liberal serving of spinach, tomatoes, onion, and banana peppers! )
Always tempting and never disappointing is their selection of soft, large cookies for a perfect finish to a great sub.
If you aren’t far from home or are traveling with a cooler, go ahead and order a 12″ sub. It will come cut in two, and you can enjoy one half immediately, and the other will keep for later.
Their large yellow signs with “Subway” in green are easily seen from the highway (if traveling) or just down the road!

There’s a good reason this place is almost always empty. I try it occasionally because sometimes it doesn’t take forever to even be acknowledged. There have been multiple times when I go, don’t hear anything in the drive thru, and wait several minutes before someone tells me they’ll be with me in a moment. There is almost never more than one other person there when this happens. If I decide I don’t mind waiting for 5-10 minutes, I might get my order taken. Today, I waited too long and just drove away. Only go if you’re feeling lucky or don’t mind waiting for an awkwardly long time before being acknowledged.

The employees are always wonderful here and super clean store. But don’t get a “new” wrap, they’re disgusting. It’s just a cold flatbread, not healthy and definitely doesn’t taste good enough to validate spending almost $15 for just the wrap.
